Room was cute.

Cons:

Loud bands every night literally vibrating my bed from the 6th floor could NOT sleep either night we were there, horrible elevator staff rammed the cart onto the elevator breaking out items, shower was way too hot felt like lava, freezing room, sketchy location with zero parking, no stair access we have sensitivities to elevators and the doors to the stairs were locked, couldn't use the trash cans in the room because there were no trash bags, even with the do not disturb sign on the door housekeeping came in anyway when the sign is on the handle it means DO NOT COME IN.

TV turned on at 4am for no reason. Couldn’t find remote to shut it off. Ruined our stay

Amazing location, various things to do that are within walking distance. Definitely would stay her again if going to a R
Pros:

Property was nice, clean and the staff was super friendly. Housekeeping was nice. We were given a free complimentary drink from the bar. The pool was nice and peaceful and we loved the roof top bar.

A few minor things. But nothing worth complaining

Frente a los inconvenientes no hay atención oportuna: el televisor no funcionaba y solo después de varias horas llegaron a arreglar; la ducha también fallaba y no fueron a arreglar. La habitación no estaba muy limpia había algunos tapas dejadas por quien la ocupó antes. Falta una nevera.

Excellent location and Very Clean
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room was quite small, but had all the basic needs. We missed not having a refrigerator on the room. Bed was very comfortable.
The need to valet park our car was an additional expense.

Cons:

Young people were running on the hall and banging on doors past midnight.
The restaurant was not open on Wednesday.

The bathroom had mold on the walls. beds were too high, had to pick up grandkids to get them on the bed. I did not like the fact that the AC only went down to 73, Finally, found a coffee pot, unable to locate a coffee cup. Was booked with free breakfast at restaurant, not a restaurant was a bistro... coffee bar.. not, what was implied.
