SAMIR Stay at NW Expressway

The staff told me I could pay late but then suddenly showed up to kick me out. I had a service dog with me that was approved to be there the previous day but then they accused me of sneaking him in and accused him of not being a service dog because he was whining during a verbal altercation i was having with the owner.
I was given 15 minutes to leave or threatened with police. They claimed I did not have permission to be there even though I had asked the front desk worker myself if I could pay late and she said it was okay.

When I checked in my room it smelled old. Every time I used the bathroom, I had to take the top off of the tank to and mess with the plastic thing inside just to flush 😒 then the toilet stopped up 🤨by that time I asked to be changed to another room, got in that room just to find ants crawling all in the bed and in between the sheets. Worse experience I ever had at a hotel.

Where do I even start..one of the worst places we have stayed in the last 10 years of traveling. When you drive up, there are small trash cans from the rooms laying in the front lawn. That should have been a sign. Walk in the front door and towels laying on the floor for no apparent reason. Clerk who checked us in seemed agitated and upset that we arrived at 1:53pm for a 2:00pm check in. Initially gave us one room even though we booked two. As soon as we opened the door to the first room, the smell of wet stinky dog was overwhelming. She was reluctant to give us another room because she said she checked our room personally. The second room wasnt much better. Even though the hotel is non smoking, the smell of cigarette smoke was ingrained into everything in the room. We went to the store just to buy disinfectant and air freshener so we could breathe. The state of the rooms and overall facility was horrible. Unless you are in need of a place to conduct some shady business, stay far away.
Oh and we were required to leave a deposit for both rooms and when we checked out, it took a while for the 1 clerk to go check the rooms personally before returning the deposit.

The deposit was to high and they charged more for the deposit of our want on a card

The bed was stiff a board. Dirty ice maker. ALL NON-SMOKING room

Partying loud ppl yelling, fighting a day windows being broken out in the rooms. Microwave didnt work and they didnt care. Card didnt work everyday had to be redone to get into our room. Glass all over the parkinglot

The staff. They were RUDE. They were LAZY. They were very UNPROFESSIONAL. They were MISLEADING. One of them even told me to "SHUT UP" while I was trying to resolve an issue we had with our deposit. Which was initially THEIR FAULT btw.
