Great stay, very comfortable and enjoyable!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Everything was good during my stay. I don’t have any complaints.

We extended our vacation a day and we weren't able to stay at the location we were at. We were able to book our room

This is a new hotel, only two years old.
The staff were absolutely wonderful, can't say enough.
It was quiet, comfortable, great location.
We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, was very good.

Pros:

Clean, new hotel. Very spacious room. Good location.

Cons:

Lady at the front desk at night / afternoon wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast was pricey, didn’t take it.

50/50 acceptable.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was good

Cons:

Had kids in the room above us. Running around until 10:30pm. On top of that, the room air unit was so loud! Sounded like a jet coming through the room.

It was absolutely FREEZING and there was no getting warm, the hot water was luke warm at best and I must say for 3nights over 1k ! Absolutely ridiculously over priced

Cleanliness, ambience, location, staff were all great.

Cons:

They are very busy at breakfast time and sometimes orders are not processed properly or long wait while trying to catch activities early. They need more staff help in the morning.

בית מלון מודרני ומרגיש חדש. חדר גדול מאוד, נוח, מעוצב יפה עם מיטות טובות מאוד. במיקום- על הכסיש הראשי של נורת' קונוויי, די במרכז. מלא חניה ללא תשלום. ארוחת בוקר בהגשה, סבירה פלוס. יש בריכה וחדר כושר. צוות ידידותי.

Very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Our room was wonderful. I like that there were wood floors instead of dirty carpets. The beds and pillows were more comfortable than other hotels in the area.

Cons:

I would have liked a microwave in our room, a hot tub, and maybe put a menu for the lobby restaurant in the room. As a parent with picky eaters it would have helped me decide if it would have been a good choice for us.
