Giving this place an excellent rating because it deserves it. My hubby and I went there to celebrate my birthday over 4th of July weekend and this place did not disappoint. From checking in with the amazing Joni, being greeted daily by all their staff & Carlos, relaxing by the pool on their quaint grounds, and staying in their nicest room Fountain, this is definitely the place to be. It’s also walking distance to downtown and pet friendly.
If you’re looking to relax for the weekend, you will want to stay at Talavera. This was not our first time here and won’t be our last.

Talavera was a great place to stay. As it being my first time in downtown Palm Springs, that me year was great. Especially the staff, they’re all very friendly and made sure we were taken care of, including Jodey and Carlos. I would recommend staying here anytime and I for sure Wanna come back! I give this one a 5 out of 5

We had such a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel from the moment we arrived, Carlos made our family feel completely at home with his warm hospitality and genuine kindness he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, the entire staff was incredibly friendly welcoming and always happy to help, one of the highlights was the beautiful lush gardens throughout the property the greenery creates a peaceful relaxing atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home If you're looking for a charming boutique hotel with exceptional hospitality and a tranquil setting, I highly recommend staying here, Thank you Carlos and the entire team for making our family's stay so special we can't wait to come back!

Talavera Palm Springs was a great boutique adult only stay. Loved how quiet it was and how comfortable the room was. We stayed in a suite right by the pool. The room was perfect; bed super comfortable and the bathroom was great. Loved having a private jacuzzi. It was all very clean and the room even had off spray in it for the mosquitos. There's an abundance of towels, and there's also a free water/coffee station. The people working the property were so friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

The only complaint was that there was constant leaves/debris falling into the pool, so my boyfriend would actually take the pool cleaner leaf skimmer net and swim around collecting.

The girl at front desk was amazing, the place was really nice. But has been the worst experience that I have had in a Hotel. You can check why I what I didn't like about the place.

We love this hotel is really cute and private! Staff was nice and helpful I had a good experienced I will def come back.

My husband and I stayed in the Kasbah room and enjoyed our time immensely! Everything was clean and cozy. We had no issues!

This is the best hotel in town! The manager, Joan, is welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The staff is amazing, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Walking into the resort feels like stepping into a mesmerizing, relaxing, and enchanting place.

Very charming

Always a delight returning to Talavera. This is our 4th stay. It is always relaxing. The bed is comfortable the pools and private jacuzzi always relaxing and available. So close to downtown PS.

Twenty women…eleven rooms…fantastic staff-Joanie, Carlos, and Olga made for another stellar weekend at Talavera! Feels like a hideaway which is just what we all needed to let our hair down and truly be ourselves 💕 Each room has it’s own character and charm. There are two pools and most rooms have a jacuzzi-many with their own private patio area. Some rooms have a kitchenette. Truly one of my favorite stays anywhere and I always look forward to returning year after year! The staff goes above and beyond and are truly appreciated 😘

The Talavera out did themselves again!! We had our annual ladies trip and Talavera did not disappoint. The rooms are clean the grounds are beautiful!! Long overdue review for multiple visits! Talavera became my home away from home in 2020. I’ve lost count on the number of personal stays over the past 6 years, as well as stays my friends and family have had. I have raved about Talavera to all I know. Everyone I introduce to Talavera falls in love with it. It’s such a beautiful, tranquil, and simply magical place. There are no words to properly describe it’s appeal. You have to experience it to FEEL it. And each time you leave you will dream about your next visit. The staff truly cares. Joni, April, Carlos and the entire team aim to please. If / when a hiccup arises (rare), they proactively make it right, and fast. The pools are magnificent. Having a personal hot tub is unheard of…but not at Talavera. The grounds are glorious. It’s like a slice of the tropics in the desert. The bar area is darling! The mattresses and bedding are super comfortable. I can go on and on. Bottom line, don’t hesitate or think twice about choosing Talavera for your PS getaway. All the rooms are unique and super special. You can’t go wrong. Can’t wait to return!!!

Talavera is perfectly located near downtown down a quiet street. The property itself is like a sanctuary in the desert full of lush plant life and birds, a true retreat! The room was large and beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Service was excellent and you can tell that they really care about the property and guest experience. Above and beyond! Will be staying here again.

If you’re looking for the best relaxing stay for couples look no further. All staff are so welcoming & sweet. Everything is eye candy & so clean. Bikes are a super bonus!
