The tone and behavior of the lady in resection at night on 14.08.2026 (nearly 8 or 8.30 pm), that foolish lady was not ready to give keys of my room no 4018.

Cons:

Initial reception was lovely
Desk staff was not nice (needs training) she treated me & my guest as if we were begging for a room, she was very pompous!!
She needs to know "customer is king"
I ordered 2 rooms & had evidence of booking.com confirmation number yet still they did not honour the rooms. They only allocated 1 room. It was not a good experience.
