My stay was AMAZING!!!!

Perfect stay
Pros:

I have stayed here before. I enjoy this hotel, the staff, the cleanliness of the room. I usually pass breakfast so I do not know. But there were many people there when I left looking like they were enjoying it. Looked clean and well stocked. Other than hair on the walls inside the shower. Everything else was absolutely clean and plenty of towels. The shower head perfect for all this long thick hair. Also convenient to gas and carwash. Thank you.

Pros:

We booked what we thought was a king bedroom suite, but ended up being a king suit. Nice room but we needed the space of the king bedroom suit. When I brought this up to the front desk she quickly accommodated our request. She was very understanding and sweet! We also.... some how got locked out of out room. The latch must have been lifted just enough to lock when the cleaning crew closed it. There were 2 people working everyday and quickly came to out rescue. Excellent staff and hotel.

Cons:

We were farther away from Universal than we thought but that is on us, not the hotel!

Overall everything was supurb!
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff

Cons:

The breakfast was very good, BUT they should consider adding meat with the breakfast (bacon/sausage) and making sure the juices are cold not room temperature.
