Clean, well located

Cons:

No clear signage that the hotel lobby is not on the first floor of the building meant
I was very unsure I had arrived at the correct destination until significant investigation.

Have staff stay on top of some things and you will excel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good food, but kids' food scraps left on floor with people sitting with feet on scraps was an unclean, unnecessary "turnoff"

Hampton Inn stay
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were 15-20 minutes from all of the activities that we had planned for our trip. The hotel was clean. The room was clean.

Cons:

I wasn't able to connect to the wifi. I followed the steps that was provided but still wasn't able to connect. I called down to the front desk multiple times but I wasn't able to get anyone.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds

Cons:

Pillows were too soft, almost suffocating. Switches in the room seemed wrong, very confusing on what did what, if anything. I have a feeling they were wired wrong

My friends and I had a lovely experience staying the the Hampton.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised that there were omelettes for breakfast! They were very tasty, too. I appreciated the hard boiled eggs as well. Wish there was a gluten free muffin option.

The staff were very nice and also helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like having to pay $15 to park. I wasn't aware of that when I booked my stay. I think it should be included so it doesn't feel like extra and it's not a surprise.

It was ok.
Pros:

The location is perfect for those in need of being close to the hospital. The property is very nice and up to date.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean. The room was clean but the hallway and elevator floors were very gross. The convenience store area was bare and the breakfast seemed to be as well.
