Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Hot foods were mostly the same each day. Plenty of options at soda fountain.
More handle bars in shower. I slipped and almost busted my head open. The one and only bar in shower was not within reach.
Room was very nice. Thankfully got to move rooms due to the TV not working. Pool area is very nice, especially at sunset. Breakfast was well stocked & changed hot food options each day. We liked the sliding barn door to the bathroom.
Construction was a little bit of a pain. There were less spots to park in while checking in. Oddly, the toilet paper holders were loose in both rooms.
The hotel was very neat and the reception was nice. The shower was super and we liked the shampoo and soap. Breakfast was good with a variety.
We did not know about under ground parking or check in was on the 2nd floor. Once we figured that out it was fine. The staff were very nice and welcoming and the room was spotless so that make up for the minor issues.

The pool, Am breakfast and building were beautiful.
The front entrance, outside sign, and garage at night could all be better planned. More lights, more directions, and a designated check in area outside. People were literally ‘parked’ in the street confused on how to get in or where to go.
I like the location, cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortability. The staff was nice also. It was very close and convenient to the reason I visited

Hardly any parking and had to pay more cause of it. Breakfast was different.
Breakfast was good. The location was great for access to the medical campus. We were just passing through Omaha on our way east, so we didn’t have any activities in town.
The door from the parking garage to the elevators is extremely heavy. It took so much effort to open, and it wanted to slam shut as we’re trying to carry luggage, my bike, and the dog through.
Everything except the excessive pet fee they snuck in after checkout. $75 per dog.
$75 per dog fee that they did not disclose. Gave me a price upon check in. Then added $150 to bill after check out
The hotel was very good. Getting there, because of the UNMC construction, closed roads and road barriers of all kinds, was horrid! However, once we were checked in, a desk staff person saved the day when she gave me the phone number of the "UNMC shuttle". Then it was easy getting back/forth to the hospital from the Hampton.
Getting to the Hampton. The contact info person was helpful, but when one is driving and stressed, AUDITORY directions to find one's way to the parking garage, just added to the stress. A hospital worker, we stopped to ask, actually got us to the Hampton. VISUAL directions (like a text) could have helped alot.
