The room was nice and clean and breakfast was good too. I do hate that you pay so much for a room and still have to pay

Cons:

Parking was an issue. I also think is terrible that you pay a premium for the room and still get charged to park there

Great stay, wonderful location. Huge clean room
Pros:

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

One elevator was broken. Parking lot was being repaired which made parking a little difficult to find. Once we realized there were two parking garages to use attached to the hotel that helped, although they were both very full.

I was not aware we had to
Pay for parking. Because of construction and one way streets the hotel was difficult to access. I had to ask for extra towels twice. We stayed for three nights, no one came to clean the room or empty trash.

Comfortable, new hotel with excellent service.
Pros:

The location was great - easy access to all parts of Omaha. Staff was great throughout the stay, especially Kiki who was welcoming and helpful at check-in. The hotel is new and very clean/spotless.

Cons:

The walls were thin - you could easily hear a neighbor talking or their alarm going off. I would have preferred some more fresh options (fruit) at breakfast. It was all heavily carb based.

Pros:

The staff was all super helpful and friendly. Excellent at their jobs. Everything was clean amd nice. Breakfast was also great!

Cons:

The sliding doors in the entry get stuck closed and we couldn't get in 2 different times without help from the staff, who seemed frustrated as this is something that seems much bigger and is a problem with the franchise possibly not wanting to spend the money to fix it? Hopefully they will get that taken care of soon.

Staff was horrible. There elevator broke while my wife was in it. She was stuck in there for a half hour and the staff didn’t give a crap. It was like I was inconveniencing them by asking them do something and getting them to eventually call the fire department. The hotel smelled like marajuana really bad and there were a couple on the same floor that were yelling and screaming at each other for half the night. I called down to the front desk and asked if they could do something about that, but they never did. Can’t pry the staff’s butts from the chair in front of their computers/ cellphones for nothing. Never even received any kind of apology.
