The hotel is pretty on the outside. The location is decent and close to everything.
You have to pay to park but aren't guaranteed a parking spot at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. There is minimal items in your room (towels, coffee cups etc). This was our second time staying here and will probably be our last.
No parking even though I was forced to pay for 3 nights.
How close it was to the airport. And the check in was easy and the beds were amazing’

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the beginning, it felt like every possible fee was added on. Parking was an additional charge, and although I only stayed one night, I was incorrectly charged for three nights after two previous reservations had been canceled.
The check-in process was also unacceptable. I was not able to get into my room until around 3:45 a.m., despite having already dealt with multiple reservation issues beforehand. During the process, security was unnecessarily called, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and frustrating.
In the end, I was charged over $400 for a basic one-night stay, along with an additional $300 in deposits, bringing the total to well over $700 — all for only about six hours in the room before leaving.
I strongly recommend others carefully consider staying elsewhere before booking this location. Since this is an independently owned property, the experience may be very different from what people expect from the brand name associated with it.
