ONLY INDIAN SCAM

SCAM WARNING!!! THIS HOTEL DO NOT ALLOW FOREIGNERS ONLY INDIAN!!
They do NOT let me check in with my EU Passport & Indian VISA, even i paid advance & uploaded my documents in their system but then they said ONLY INDIAN Passport, Aadhara Card!

Irresponsible and don't care attitude staff

Irresponsible office & maintenance staff. In the toilet, the flush was not working properly. Before we checked in, they manually filled with water in the flush and they told us that we should wait half an hour for the water to get filled up after every flush. Quite weird. The front office person was quite insensitive and was showing a don't care attitude.

Had a fantastic stay at Treebo New Plus Point in Haralur! The rooms are incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable for the price. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in process. Having the Plus Point Hypermarket just below the building was highly convenient for last-minute needs, and the location is great with easy access to Sarjapur and the IT hubs. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay!"

Treebo's' failure to comply with the law forced me to relocate. Money,time waste. AVOID!!!
Pros:

The guys at the hotel (reception, restaurant) were very young, but friendly and nice, eager to help.
The management of Treebo sucks.

The only thing in the room that we liked was the view. The room faces backyard and there are trees and greenery there so we could open the window and enjoy fresh air, it was noisy either.

Cons:

Treebo Hotels' failure to comply with the law forced me to relocate. They offered a partial refund for a service they failed to deliver.

This hotel chain is BIG RED FLAG FOR ALL FOREIGNERS.

Treebo hotel where we stayed wasn't able to provide us C Forms that are an absolute must and a requirement of the Indian government. We contacted even the support team of the chain Treebo to receive the forms.
Their solutions were:
1. Downgrade to a hotel where we should move by taxi the same day as that hotel could make C Forms. But that location wasn't convenient for us and 40 minutes taxi ride in Bangalore traffic could easily take more than one hour. So, complete waste of time and money and the feeling that it is only us who should suffer and lose time, money for that Treebo's failure to comply with the Indian laws, basically for breaking the laws and their illegal actions.
2. Cancellation of our booking the same day when only one night passed from our 3 nights stay. After some fight per phone with one of their representatives (again our time wasted) they agreed to refund only 50% for all that damage that they caused: we chose this hotel due to the location only (we needed to be in that area), we had to leave the hotel on the 2nd day of our stay (we booked 3 nights), we had to leave late in the evening, pack our stuff, find a new hotel, make a booking, pay again and wait for their refund of course as it takes time.
And of course ZERO compensation for all the inconvenience and damage.

Cons:

There is no facility of proper utensils like plates and Glass etc as they dont have Kitchen..

Breakfast area is small and kitchen is inside breakfast area but Kitchen was mess.. You will not feel like having breakfast after watching inside breakfast kitchen.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team ensured everything was neat and hygienic throughout the stay. The reception staff were very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was soft and the room had a pleasant ambience which made the stay very relaxing. The washroom was also neat and hygienic, and all the basic amenities were available in the room.
The staff members were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help whenever required. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and well organized.
I really appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the hotel. It is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again in the future
