It was a nice and clean hotel.
Pros:

location was great and walkable to many nearby restaurants! Parking was easy and very close to hotel. We really enjoyed how clean the rooms were.

Cons:

Wish the breakfast was better, juices were watered down, and the waffle maker never mades a whole waffle. Waffle will get stuck on each side and break apart when "ready".

Beds were NOT comfortable, staff spoke little English. Walls very thin
Pros:

Breakfast was the same boring fare typical of a hotel. Pastries, waffles, cereal. Not a lot of healthy options

Cons:

They had ice on lockdown! No ice makers available. The front desk had to give you ice based on what you were filling up. Ridiculous!

Pros:

The location was convenient to shopping and a short drive down to the aquarium. The rooms were small but clean. Overall it was nice and I would stay there again

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. All the juices were watery. There was not any whole milk for my child or water to drink. The food was just okay.

Pros:

Staff is super helpful, polite and knowledgeable. My interaction with front desk person was excellent, both checking in and out. Room was really nice and clean, nice bathroom! Beds.are comfortable I could catch a good sleep. Breakfast is excellent does have good options for warm/cooked meals, coffee is really good! I can't say that for hotel coffee, but theirs is so good. Overall an excellent stay. I ignore if the hotel has other facilities since we just stayed for the night. Will stay again if in Chattanooga some other time

Cons:

Price was a bit too high at $165 a night for a weekday

It was a great service provided, but the parking fees could be managed better.
Pros:

I appreciated the staff members and their professionalism. I also liked the cleanliness of the hotel room, and I enjoyed a very agreeable breakfast.

Cons:

I did not appreciate that I had to pay for parking separately. If the price of the hotel included parking, I would probably find it an reasonable overall price, but as a separate surcharge, I found it to be an unpleasant surprise.

Grundsätzlich war ich mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr gut eingerichtet und in einem top Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen.
Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind hervorragend.

Cons:

Ich musste wegen eine zu lauten Lüftungsanlage auf dem Dach den Raum wechseln. Dann konnte ich mein neues Zimmer nicht mehr betreten. Ich wurde versehentlich ausgecheckt. Es war nicht möglich mich wieder in dieses Zimmer einzubuchen und so musste ich das Zimmer erneut wechseln.
Trotz ausgehängtem Schild an der Tür, dass das Zimmer nicht betreten werden soll, kam die Reinigungskraft in s Zimmer während ich unter der Dusche Stand.

Overall it was nice.
Pros:

The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. It was okay. I only ate it once.
The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

I didn't like paying for parking and especially on a daily basis.
I think people with pets need to be confined to the first floor only.

Loved the location, and the property itself is not bad.

Cons:

Window shades wouldn't come down so it was like sleeping with the lights on. Told the staff about it and they didnt seem to care. Asked for a refund and didnt receive a response.
