Horrendous!
Pros:

Convenient location and clean, new apartment

Cons:

1. The cap for the sprinkler in the bathroom fell on my husbands head on arrival. I sent a photo to the number I was told to message but it wouldn’t send.
2. Location meant there was partying and people honking their horns until after midnight.
3. When finally the honking stopped, our fire alarm went off at 1.30am. No other apartment went off an after 15 minutes it went off. We called the 24/7 number and nothing was actioned. The alarm then went off again at 4am and at 6am. Each time we called the number and each time no action. We ended up checking out early and driving back to Houston. Completely sleep deprived and incredibly disappointed.

Great stay 10/10 great prices and very clean and right on the riverwalk near a bunch of great food spots and activit
Pros:

I loved it everything was clean and everything was very local and convenient and literally 2 seconds from the riverwalk and great prices!

Cons:

If I had to complain it would be that the windows weren’t sealed properly and it was noisy at night but other than that it was great 10/10

Perfekter Aufenthalt in stilvollem Ambiente
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt am River Walk, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von downtown San Antonio. Stilvolle Innenarchitektur, es wurde ein altes Bürogebäude kernsaniert und bewusst im Industrial- bzw. Art Deco-Design beibehalten. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, man konnte gut mit ihnen plaudern und somit Infos von Seiten der Locals erhalten.

The Maverick is Awesome!
Pros:

Great little room, well appointed with everything you need. Bed is comfy, they provide a extra blanket and towels. They have blackout curtains, bathroom is large. The whole room is very clean. Across the street is the entrance to the Riverwalk.

Cons:

Parking. Its ridiculous at every hotel not just this one. Having to pay an additional $40 to $60 per night to park your car is not right. The Maverick advertises you can park your own car for $10 per night. Did not find that to be true.

Very unique venue, excellent location & service!
Pros:

Location was excellent, VERY close to Alamo & RiverWalk. Staff on site were quite helpful and suites very unique, old office building with original glass panel wood doors & glass transoms.
Parking was cheap & easy once staff directed us to $10/night city garage one block away. Open lot across street would have been $100+ per day :>)

Cons:

Coffee maker was flaky and Apple TV seemed a poor choice. Much prefer Roku TV for speed & options but I'm a geek :>)

Loved the location and hotel/ apartment, but not a good experience at all with the valet parking service.
Pros:

Location to the Riverwalk, cleanliness and comfort

Cons:

The PMC valet parking service. TERRIBLE. Make sure they know you are tracking your car through your app if you can. I had horse sh$% in my car on the passenger side floor mat, pieces on the dashboard and center control when they retrieved it one morning for me. Talk about upset! What did they do with my car overnight?

Would not stay here again
Cons:

Location was hard to find. Valet- didn't come to the car upon arrival. Waited for 10 min before having to go find them. When I did he said its hot outside. Paying 45$ a night for that attitude and service was not ideal. Car was around the corner from the hotel in the morning which I had to walk to in the dark and there are homeless people around. Room smelled. There was no remote for the TV. No phone in the room to call someone. The furniture sofa looked dirty and worn. The birds outside the window were obnoxious with relentless chirping all hours. The gym is like in a dungeon in the basement, I did not feel safe. It just was not a good experience.

Cudowny hotel! W samym centrum przy zejściu na Ruverwalk. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Na ulicy obok piętrowy garaż 10dolarow za dobę. Wystrój hotelu, cały budynek niesztampowe. Czysto, dużo ręczników, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Podróżujemy od dawna po Stanach i na pewno ten hotel pozostanie w naszym Top3. Bardzo polecamy

Exceptional stay but for an issue with the door code, which they quickly fixed
Pros:

Steps away from the Riverwalk, near the Houston Street garage for easy self-park. Spacious room, comfortable bed, walk-in closet, full kitchen, really confortable!

Cons:

No pool (which we knew when booking) or access to the outdoor roof space (which we didn’t know when booking was limited only to certain guests). When we arrived around 1 pm, our key code worked for exterior doors and elevator, but not for the room. Since we arrived late, there were no staff on property and we had to call the customer service line, which took them about 30 minutes to figure out how to get us in remotely. Then when we went to leave the next morning, we realized the door didn’t lock at all anymore. We called the front desk and they thought something was wrong with the battery, so they gave us a physical key and that worked great. Appreciated that they let us check out at noon for the inconvenience.

Très bien, bon équipement et bien placé

Appartement très propre et bien équipé, très bien placé entre Alamo et la Riverwalk
Accueil très sympathique

Cons:

Petit bémol sur l’isolation phonique et également il n’y a que de simples stores la lumière de l’extérieur passe quasi totalement il faudrait rajouter des rideaux

We had a wonderful stay at the Maverick and would definitely recommend it!
Pros:

Perfect location, steps away from the Riverwalk. Beautifully renovated, clean and spacious.

Cons:

It was a little loud due to the nightlife around the property. However, they provided a sound machine which was very helpful.
