Friendly staff, modern room features and comfortable room size. The fitness center was also bigger than many hotel gyms, which we appreciated.
The HVAC/fan in bathroom was kinda loud, with no option for controlling it.
Location
No breakfast
The hotel it self was nice, clean and convenient to downtown.
I did not like that the price was different from what I booked also I was charged for parking.
The parking itself was a hassle, every time I parked i had to get out of the truck to punch the in the code.
I booked for seven nights but I only stayed one night.
Great location, very nice contemporary furnishings and decor.
N/A
I enjoyed the simplicity, cleanliness and location of the property.
No pool avail, non frequent cleanings (towels)
Six nights in this hotel felt less like a business trip and more like an escape room sponsored by HVAC engineers. I changed rooms three times — yes, THREE — because apparently the “smart” thermostats operate according to lunar phases or pure chaos, and nobody in the hotel seems to know how to control them.
Room #1: thermostat refused to reach the selected temperature, fridge completely dead.
Room #2: street-facing and so loud I discovered even industrial-grade earplugs are merely decorative accessories.
Room #3: finally a working thermostat… but the ventilation system sounded like a tractor preparing for harvest season and never switched off.
To be fair, the staff was always polite, but after several days of “maintenance will check it” and repeated room changes, I still couldn’t properly unpack or feel remotely comfortable during an important congress stay. For $180 per night, I was expecting at least one revolutionary feature: sleep.
Only one lovely lady at reception eventually took the time to actually really help instead of professionally postponing the problem, and somehow managed to tame the thermostat enough for me to survive the nights in peace. She deserves a promotion..
The whole place looks very modern, but unfortunately in the “thin walls and cheapest materials” kind of modern. Honestly, save yourself the stress and book a simpler hotel for $70 where you can turn the AC off with one button and maybe even sleep through the night — even if it means taking an Uber.
Would not recommend, especially for Europeans who still associate hotels with such outdated luxuries as silence, functioning climate control, and uninterrupted sleep.
The comfort , cleanliness and having a bar in the building.
The location was in a bad part of town. Homeless were very evident. I didn’t feel safe walking my dog to a location that was suitable for her. There was no dog park on site
Nothing
They didnt allow cats but allow dogs. Horrible rule. Horrible customer service, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, ever
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The lounge is comfortable and food at the restaurant was great.
That they charged $20 a night for parking, and that you have to cross a pedestrian bridge with no lift to get there, so walking there with a suitcase was hard.
it’s clean, rooms are spacious, shower is great
the restaurant below has a pretty mediocre breakfast, no room service either
