Pros:

The location was amazing! Very easy to walk to Pearl Street. We also enjoyed restaurants and coffee shops located right next to the hotel. The lobby, seating areas and outdoor areas were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nice touches included the water dispenser and free snacks at the front desk.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a stellar location. All facilities are still new and clean. Staff is very friendly. Walkability is a huge plus. Just minutes from campus, Pearl Street, etc.

Cons:

$45/night is a lot for overnight parking. Thankfully there was street parking since many students are gone for the summer. Also, the mini coolers that are available aren’t substantial enough to meet demand. People expect a mini-fridge when they are traveling.

Excelente hotel pelo preço pago
Pros:

Perfeita estadia! Hotel espaçoso e bem cuidado, tudo muito limpo e organizado.
A localização é boa e o preço justo.
Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e existe uma mini conveniência bem útil no primeiro piso.
Também tem um bar com ótimas opções de cafés e pratos.

Pros:

Cleanliness of the room and regular room cleaning occurred. Common spaces on first floor were very inviting and revolved around the bar and cocktail lounge inside/outside space. The gym was a great amenity to be able to use.

Overall footprint of first floor is expansive and allows for many places to find for a quiet environment.

Cons:

They only thing keeping this from being a 5star hotel is not having a complimentary breakfast buffet.

Great location, kind staff, amazing lobby, and pleasant rooms, would return again!
Pros:

Staff was great, helpful, kind. Lobby was the best, comfortable and welcoming, not crowded or too small.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small, stayed in the lofted bed room

1.場所が大学に近いこと、
2.一階にバーがあり、部屋に飲み物が無いことをカバーしていること、
加えて、
3.木曜日の午後にhiking に行きましたが、登山口まで歩いて近いのも良い

Cons:

Wifi接続があまり安定しなかった。
ボールダー地区は全体的にそうだが、宿泊費が高めだと思いました
