Decent facilities, but poor noise control and lack of staff response.
Pros:

Room and amenities were decent for the price, and the hotel was generally clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was excessive noise late at night that continued well past 11 PM despite multiple calls to the front desk. I understand noise can happen, but noise at that level should be handled promptly to ensure guest comfort. Unfortunately, in my experience, unless you have very quiet neighbors, you cannot rely on the staff to effectively resolve noise issues. As a result, I did not sleep well that night.

Pros:

Always a great stay when we pick IHG hotels. Kids loved it and the front desk night manager (Tania?) was soooo amazing and accommodating of my teenage kids needs. Thank you ma'am!

Breakfast ran out of food during the busiest portion of the morning.

It was fine. The cancelation policy is not great either.
Pros:

Clean hotel and breakfast was good.

View out the window looked kind of like a junkyard.
