Pros:

Had to switch rooms 2 times due to dead bugs all over bathroom. There were holes in the wall and the rooms had an odor so I had to spray my own room spray

Pros:

They were blasting music at the pool until about 5am... so I got no sleep whatsoever. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, and there were no curtains, just blinds which did not block out the light.

I love The District. Most of the staff are like family. A note to fellow patrons. If you’re having a bad experience seek out: Rhonda, Gabby, Chet, Mark, or Atlas. They rock and will take care of your needs. Thank you all again for being my safe heaven!!!

Pros:

Staff was stellar, general vibe and ambiance were very fun. They had events and a bar too (which of course comes with some noise)! Standard motel style place, but my room was freshly renovated so it looked really nice and fresh inside.

This is my safe heaven. This group of people go ABOVE and beyond to ensure the guest are safe. This was my first extended stay here. The entire staff is amazing and have become some special people to me. I love you guys, you are all so BEAUTIFUL! 😘😘😘❤️

Our experience found...

A/C made room smell bad, needs cleaned but besides that, staff was excellent. Major negative was extremely loud music after midnight. Not everyone parties all night

Not the worst, but not the best
Pros:

The bathroom was probably the area I hated the most. There was no trash can in the bathroom (super inconvenient if you are on your period. The bottom of the shower curtain also looked dirty.

Good Vibes
Pros:

Service was great. Among others, Gabbi at the front desk was very welcoming. I was nervous after reading reviews, but service was great. The rooms can definitely use some TLC, but looks like renovations are underway. The themed rooms were really cute. I love the concept , and recommend it for what it is. The overall vibe was awesome and inclusive.
