Disappointing way to begin our 3 week road trip.
Pros:

Bath linens, shower, vinyl flooring, comfortable bed

Cons:

Front desk was rarely staffed, TV didn't work - was repaired - stopped working again - no one at front desk to take call that it stopped working, poor room lighting, not a single drawer or cabinet in the room, simply not impressed.

Pros:

The bathroom is quite spacious and clean.

Cons:

The room was tight with only one night stand. There could be more power outlets in the room. The pool was smaller than expected and was closed during the most of our stay. The breakfast was also disappointing.

Breakfast was good,location is good.

Cons:

Price a little high. TV did not work, called the front desk and they sent someone, they got the tv to come on but volume was to low to hear it. Tech said he would go get a new remote but never came back, we just went to bed.

Tru is truly a great place to stay for any reason.
Pros:

Everything was great. We stayed during the power outage and everyone was great! Breakfast was very good. The staff is very good. Mercy at the front desk did a great job and I couldn’t help but to notice a very hard worker, Shawn. I love that this place was diverse and the had minorities in more than just the cleaning department. Amazing!!

Cons:

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but during this time everyone was sold out. Absolutely nothing to change.

For some reason It was okay
Pros:

Breakfast was good and no complaints

Cons:

There was no Microwave oven in the room. Everytime I had to go downstairs to the lobby to use microwave.
