The hotel room provided a place to sleep for the night.

The air conditioning. The large bathroom.

Cons:

1-STRONG cleaning chemical smells were VERY unpleasant as soon as we opened the door. That strong smell did not dissipate. 2-Bedspread looked old/used/faded out. 3-Pillow cases looked like they had been wadded up before put on pillows. 4-The only two hooks in bathroom were stripped out of the wall/sheetrock. Bathroom needs towel rack and/or more hooks. 5-The single plastic, thin chair in the room was not adequate. The room had no ‘comfy’ value at all. 6-The check-in rep was not welcoming, he did not smile, he didn’t ask me if I had any questions about the property or the area.

Great location, close to the beach & restaurants! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff!
Pros:

My sister and I had a great experience! The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. I believe the room was completely remodeled recently so it was very nice. We felt safe the entire time and the staff was very welcoming and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent price, perfect if you're coming to enjoy the beach.
Pros:

It's a fun, little location. You are amongst the private homes and Air BnBs up on stilts. The beach is literally 30 seconds away. You turn down the street flanking the side of the hotel and bam -- the beach, which is clean and stunning. It's convenient and exactly what you want if you're trying to just enjoy the most out of the beach. I stayed for one night and went to the beach three times! If you're looking for a hotel get-away, this is not it. There is no breakfast included. This is a location for folks who want to enjoy the beach and planned ahead with food and other personal needs. Do not come to this location without thinking ahead or stopping somewhere along the way. I also loved the automatic door lock and keycode. Despite it's humble appearance, I think this is an excellent hotel, so long as you're coming to enjoy the beach.

Cons:

There is no kitchen, just a small fridge and microwave, and the room felt sticky because of the humidity. Yes, there's an air conditioner, but when it's not running you're going to stick to the sheets, which are not made of cotton. They were definitely made with cleaning off sand in mind, which I can't blame the hotel for thinking about.
