Quiet luxury of space and a considerate curation of household implements.

It felt like home. The inn was comfortable with plenty of space.
The bed was a very comfy king size, plenty room for all..
Upstairs and downstairs set up so if you are an early riser like me, you can have your own area until everyone else arises..
Only 5-20 min walk from anything, depending on your day.
Beautiful red brick factories lit up at night but a bustling hive of shops during the day.

Portside Inn was really nicely located to the Red Brick Warehouses, there was lots of great cafes and eateries around, interior was beautiful and the log burner was great. The cooking equipment was great and the cookies were a nice touch.

リノベーションしているのかな？とにかく、おしゃれでキレイ！清潔感があり、ご担当者の方も愛想、対応がすこぶる良く、良い印象しかない。

This two-story home is so beautiful! It’s decorated in a modern, minimalist, somewhat Scandinavian style. I originally booked this place because I fell in love with the bathtub picture and thought that the extra space would be nice. Once I entered the place, I was blown away by the little details like the comfortable bed and bedding, how soft the towels were, and how nice it was to listen to the record player and even just gazing at the ceiling beams. (I felt transported to another place simply relaxing in the home and listening to music.) It’s hard to describe the peaceful, cozy feeling one gets from soaking in these thoughtful interior design elements. I want to go back already!

One thing to note is to make sure you get a number code for the door to check in. (Due to a system error, I didn’t receive this message. I called the host and he was very quick in walking me through check-in.) All my communication with the host was warm and welcoming, enhancing my stay even further.

I would 100% recommend staying here, and I myself would love to go back someday. Hopefully soon.

The Portside Inn was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. From the moment you walk in, there is a wonderful woodsy smell, a fantastic kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, and the decor all had such a hand curated touch to it. Plus they had really nice small touches like fresh shortbread cookies and specialty coffee beans. Truly our one regret was not booking more nights here. We would love to be back one day. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Aesthetically absolutely beautifully designed interior, however not so functional. We stayed over the new year so it was cold/dry weather so we wish they had humidifiers.

The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours flight.

Unfortunately unlike other guests, we didn't get response from the owner quickly. We got a response 3 days after we checked out which was not a big deal anyway.

Very nice place. 10 out of 10!
