On this day the weather in São Paulo was very cold in the morning and not take a hot shower was disappointing.

Pros:

Excelente localização perto da Av. Paulista. No entanto, a noite me senti um pouco desconfortavel (no quesito segurança) estando sozinha enquanto digitava a senha p entrar no predio. Entrada escura. Apto estava bem limpo.

As paredes estao c a pintura toda arranhada.

Ótima localização e custo-benefício.
Pros:

Excelente localização associada a Avenida Paulista, ambiente compacto e prático. Próximo a todas as necessidades, seja alimentar, mercado, farmácia e metro.
