Karten gingen nicht beim Check in, man wartete fast eine Stunde auf die Zimmer Karte und dann waren die Zimmerkarten nicht frei geschaltet;

Pros:

Allora, all inizio non capivo tutti incommenti negativi, poi ho soggiornato in struttura e tutto è piu chiaro.
L’hotel è molto bello, la lounge, la piscina e la location fanno si che abbia 5 stelle.
La vista è incredibile, il personale è gentile, la colazione è buona (niente di eccezzionale ma comunque buona). Non è un 5 stelle lusso (nemmeno il prezzo lo è) quindi se ci si aspetta questo si puó rimanere delusi.

Cons:

Eravamo al piano 28 e comunque potevamo sentire le macchine di sotto.

Service and facilities not a 5-star hotel level
Pros:

Kylpylä oli oikein hyvä ja näkymät olivat hienot

Cons:

Olin varannut 4 huonetta, 3 huonetta 24m2 ja yhden isomman. Kaikki huoneet olivat todella pieniä ja samankokoisia. Koin tulleeni huijatuksi. Henkilökunta ei ollut kovin palvelualtista.

L’Hotel è bellissimo. La vista dalla camera toglie il respiro. La colazione veramente buonissima e molto ricca. La piscina riscaldata all’ultimo piano è uno spettacolo. Veramente un sogno. Il personale è professionale e accogliente. Un soggiorno veramente da 10 e lode.
Posizionato vicino alla metro, facile da raggiungere.

Pros:

We love being on the high floors for the restaurant and the room, with a fantastic view of the city. It was so relaxing sitting by the room's window enjoying coffee and the view. The breakfast buffet was a great international spread. I especially appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle available at the hotel; it made going to the airport so much easier.
