Posizione perfetta in quanto a due passi dalla metro con SPA con vista sulla città davvero suggestiva
Avevo pagato la colazione ma mi hanno ant capato il volo per cui non potevo usufruirne l’ultimo giorno; ho chiesto che mi venisse riconosciuta la spesa per la colazione che non avrei fatto come parte della cena ma non mi è stato concesso; senz’altro giusto perché sono affari miei ma potevano essere più elastici. Per il resto tutto molto bene

Great location. Sky spa is fantastic. They held onto our luggage on the final day for us. The rooms are very nice, spacious, with great views and with a good shower.
It would be nice if the bar opened a little later. It would also have been nice if the men and women's section of the Sky Spa were swapped so you can see the different views.

Onsen avec vue incroyable en rooftop, pareil pour la chambre, bien desservi par les transports en commun, très bel hôtel, l'hôtel a gardé nos bagages pour que nous puissions faire un tour de la ville avant de partir vers notre prochaine destination
Struttura molto bella, pulita e accogliente, dalla mia camera una vista strepitosa e anche i servizi ottimi. Molto vicino alla metro.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Candéo Hotel. La vue sur la ville est tout simplement époustouflante et constitue un véritable atout de l’établissement. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et particulièrement silencieuses, ce qui garantit un repos optimal.
Le personnel est adorable, attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et saura satisfaire tous les goûts.
Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons vivement.

El onsen en la azotea, las vistas desde la habitación esquinera, la calidad del desayuno y la buena comunicación de transporte de la zona. El mejor hotel de Japón sin duda.
Lo único que podría decir es que los asientos frente al cristal en el desayuno aparentemente eran reservados con antelación pero no nos ofrecieron la posibilidad ni estaban ocupadas en muchas ocasiones

Not recommended for families—misleading amenities and poor service
I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with young kids. While the rooms are a decent size for Japan and there are convenience stores nearby, the negatives heavily outweigh the positives.
The lobby is on the 17th floor and gets packed with bags because there is no bellman to help. On-site dining is limited to a buffet and a small café, and after 7:00 PM, the surrounding area turns into a crowded bar district that felt uncomfortable for young children. Housekeeping is intrusive, knocking as early as 9:00 AM to request entry while we were still winding down in our pajamas, yet you still have to ask directly just to get fresh towels.
Be aware that the booking description is misleading: there is no laundry service (only expensive, weak coin-op dryers that cost 2,000+ yen to actually wash and dry a load), and the 1800 yen per adult and 900 yen per child not including the limit of two luggage per person . The shuttle only goes to KIX airport, is non-refundable, and does not serve ITM airport. Look elsewhere for a more family-friendly, seamless stay.
