EVERYTHING!! The most beautiful stay i’ve ever had. The open air onsen was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had incredible views of the city.

Instalaciones geniales, servicio pésimo
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares: unas vistas increíbles, un lobby precioso y una habitación amplia (especialmente teniendo en cuenta los estándares de Japón), moderna y muy bien decorada. En nuestro caso, nos alojamos en la planta 27 y disfrutamos de un gran ventanal con unas vistas impresionantes. En este aspecto, el hotel cumple con creces.

Cons:

El servicio está muy lejos de lo que se espera de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Escogimos este hotel para nuestra luna de miel y después de estar en otras cadenas en otras ciudades de Japón puedo decir que no se merecen más que un aprobado.
El personal de recepción tiene bastantes dificultades para comunicarse en inglés. Mientras que el check-in y el check-out se realizan sin problemas, cuando necesitas hacer una consulta o comunicar alguna incidencia, la comunicación se vuelve complicada. Además, en las horas punta se forman colas y aglomeraciones considerables, algo más propio de un hotel de categoría inferior que de un establecimiento de 5 estrellas.
Pero, sin duda, el servicio de limpieza ha sido el peor que hemos experimentado en muchísimo tiempo.
El primer día, al llegar a la habitación, nos encontramos con que la cama seguía sin hacer. Al revisar el resto, comprobamos que únicamente habían cambiado las toallas y vaciado una de las dos papeleras. Ni siquiera se habían molestado en vaciar ambas.
Al comunicarlo en recepción, nos dijeron que era algo «normal» y que, si queríamos que nos hicieran la cama, debíamos solicitar el día anterior, antes de las 20:00, una «limpieza completa» a través del televisor de la habitación. Para nosotros, que hagan la cama es lo mínimo exigible en un hotel de 5 estrellas (aunque no cambien las sábanas a diario).
Seguimos sus instrucciones, pero las limpiezas de los días posteriores continuaron siendo extremadamente básicas. En ocasiones no limpiaban el baño, hasta el punto de que llegamos a quedarnos sin papel higiénico. El minibar tampoco se limpiaba: únicamente añadían dos botellas de agua, mientras que los utensilios usados permanecían allí. Incluso llegaron a retirar una de nuestras tarjetas de acceso a la habitación que teníamos puesta para que el aire acondicionado estuviese encendido sin darnos ninguna explicación.

Hôtel très beau, le buffet déjeuner de l hôtel super est correct en terme de tarif. Les enfants ont adoré ! Pas testé le soir.

Cons:

La photo porte à confusion il n y a pas de piscine dans l hôtel. Bains chauds version Onsen et donc non mixtes et non vêtus... Mais la vue est magnifique !

Very nice stay and well worth it!

Nice rooms, pretty good location, good view, nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash and nice towels and pyjamas
