كل شئ جميل الفندق نظيف وهادئ مع ان الغرف ضيقة نوعاً ما

لما طلبت مكواة ملابس قالوا انتظري وقت طويل تقريباً 4 ساعات هذا الشئ اللي زعلني المفروض يوفرون للنزلاء او مثل اغلب الفنادق في اليابان تطلب مكواة ملابس ويجيبونها لك ولما تخلص منها ياخذونها

Unglaublich gut! Allerdings hatten wir auch ein fantastisches Eckzimmer gebucht im 28. Stock!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis nicht entsprechend und für die Anzahl der Gäste viel zu klein und überlaufen.

Fantastic views, sizeable, clean and comfortable room, very good location, great rooftop onsen.

The only downside are queues in the reception, but the waiting time was not super long.

Très bel établissement mais services pas adaptés à la taille

Petit déjeuner de qualité

Cons:

Le buffet et salle de petit déjeuner trop petits ou mal organisés !!!
File d’attente ! Tables de 4 occupées par 2 personnes !!!
Vraiment pas un moment agréable pour bien commencer la journée

Pros:

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit super Aussicht und Möglichkeit am Fenster zu verweilen. Für Japan ein gut ausgestattetes Gym. Es gab Cardio Geräte plus einen Kabelzug.

Cons:

Leider verhalten sich andere Hotelbesucher nicht an die Regeln des Spas. Ich bin dort auf einen Herren in Badehose getroffen der einen Videocall gemacht hat. Natürlich mehr als unangebracht in einem FKK Bereich. Hier muss noch mehr Aufklärung gemacht werden und die Regeln besser durchgesetzt werden.
