Muy lindo el lugar , una vista maravillosa al río

Location and brand are 2 most valuable advantages of this property. Metro/Train station is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. The Osaka Palace park is excellent for early morning, late evening walks. The perfect view of castle from our room and from the breakfast area is just amazing. The staff is very helpful, cheerful. For water they have installed a facility in common area so no need to purchase extra water bottles from outside. The room size was comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 1 kid. The facilities in the room were also excellent and made our stay very comfortable and convenient.
The Staff was excellent and especially Ms. Aki at the breakfast table was very particular about the well being of all guests. She even gave small gifts to my child (greeting cards) to cheer her up.
There is no direct connectivity from the airport so one needs to change/hop train/bus to arrive at the hotel. So if you have lot of luggage kindly consider this point.
The breakfast is supposedly International but for vegetarians there are absolutely NO options (if steamed vegetables are not considered). Thankfully we eat eggs and hence managed with boiled eggs/scrambled eggs or omlette. Even the humble hash browns are not vegetarian. The inhouse milkshake was excellent.
During checkin when we enquired about vegetarian options there was a polite but firm reply that its a buffet breakfast. Like other hotels worldwide there was no attempt to offer that the hotel can prepare atleast 1 or 2 vegetarian or Indian dishes.
Inspite of so many Indian travelers, still Ïndian Food" doesn't appear in the International Menu of this Hotel.
Also, the booking made was for 2 adults and 1 child (8 years old). But after booking we received an email that the stay is for 2 adults and 1 child but for breakfast the child has to pay separately. Imagine paying for child who ate only 1 serving spoon of scrambled egg and 1 cup ice-cream.
So an advice to Indian Vegetarians - Donot book the breakfast option - Its waste of money.
Advice to Hilton Group - I think you have enough Indian tourists to at least consider having 1 or 2 Indian items in the lavish breakfast menu.
I dont know where to start. The staff is hands down the best I had ever had the pleasure of working with and talking to. An honorable mention goes out to Justin at the front desk. This man is the most professional man i have ever spoken to in my life and im not exaggerating when I say that. Justin is going to far exceed any expectations that management has about him in his role at Hilton. I can honestly say that he will become the best manager or director any business could dream of having. There was a small incident in the lobby between me and another guest, this guest was leaving his trash on the water dispenser and I felt the need to tell him to throw his trash away. He then proceeded to yell at me and call me a Donkey. The staff immediately intervened and quelled the incident by having the man back away from me. As a guest in Japan it saddens me to see this behavior by other foreigners, so i had to say something. The staff thanked me for saying something to him and not to worry that i was in no trouble with them. Again, this was the best stay I ever had in my life and it was all because of the staff, how clean everything was, and of course that amazing Ramen you provide at the restaurant inside the hotel. I cant give a better review as there are no words to describe how great it was other than Perfect.
