One of the best hotel in Osaka!
Pros:

Everything! Room was meticulously cleaned with wonderful river view. Very comfortable beds, we had such a good rest after a lot of walking during the day. The view of Osaka castle from breakfast area was lovely. And breakfast itself was very good with a lot to choose from. You can reach Osaka castle in 3 min on foot. And we liked the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, we sent our bags to Kyoto, and a receptionist did her best to help us. Definitely would stay there again and will recommend to friends.

Synes det var et litt kjedelig bar-/restaurantområde. Og kiosken var fancy, og ikke bra når man bare ville ha litt chips.

Amazing stay. Stunning view cannot get any better and staff so nice polite and helpful.
Pros:

The view of the room was amazing cannot get any better to see Osaka castle. Everything was very clean and the staff help me organize a cake and champagne for my partners birthday.

Incroyable personnel
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soins et nous ont gâté pour notre voyage de fiançailles. La vue sur le château est incroyable et mérite d'être choisie. La piscine intérieur et le salle de sport sont un confort très appréciable.

Great Location, Fantastic View, Comfortable Rooms and facilities with NO INDIAN VEG Breakfast option
Pros:

Location and brand are 2 most valuable advantages of this property. Metro/Train station is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. The Osaka Palace park is excellent for early morning, late evening walks. The perfect view of castle from our room and from the breakfast area is just amazing. The staff is very helpful, cheerful. For water they have installed a facility in common area so no need to purchase extra water bottles from outside. The room size was comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 1 kid. The facilities in the room were also excellent and made our stay very comfortable and convenient.

The Staff was excellent and especially Ms. Aki at the breakfast table was very particular about the well being of all guests. She even gave small gifts to my child (greeting cards) to cheer her up.

Cons:

There is no direct connectivity from the airport so one needs to change/hop train/bus to arrive at the hotel. So if you have lot of luggage kindly consider this point.

The breakfast is supposedly International but for vegetarians there are absolutely NO options (if steamed vegetables are not considered). Thankfully we eat eggs and hence managed with boiled eggs/scrambled eggs or omlette. Even the humble hash browns are not vegetarian. The inhouse milkshake was excellent.

During checkin when we enquired about vegetarian options there was a polite but firm reply that its a buffet breakfast. Like other hotels worldwide there was no attempt to offer that the hotel can prepare atleast 1 or 2 vegetarian or Indian dishes.

Inspite of so many Indian travelers, still Ïndian Food" doesn't appear in the International Menu of this Hotel.

Also, the booking made was for 2 adults and 1 child (8 years old). But after booking we received an email that the stay is for 2 adults and 1 child but for breakfast the child has to pay separately. Imagine paying for child who ate only 1 serving spoon of scrambled egg and 1 cup ice-cream.

So an advice to Indian Vegetarians - Donot book the breakfast option - Its waste of money.

Advice to Hilton Group - I think you have enough Indian tourists to at least consider having 1 or 2 Indian items in the lavish breakfast menu.
