Sehr schönes Stadthotel in Osaka mit toller Aussicht.
Pros:

Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte eine gute Grösse. Besonders schön war der Blick auf den Fluss und die Stadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine grosse Auswahl auch für Nicht-Japaner und der Blick auf die Burg durch die Panoramafenster des Frühstücksraumes war toll. Den Check-in haben wir als sehr freundllich und zuvorkommend aber auch schnell und einfach erlebt.

Cons:

Der Raucherraum war sehr entlegen in einer Ecke des Hotels, die sehr einsam war und man musste mit zwei verschiedenen Liften fahren, um dorthin zu gelangen. Für die eine Nacht war das machbar, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte mich das sicherlich mehr gestört.

Pros:

Die Lage war schön. Direkt neben dem Osaka Castle. Prinzipiell gutes Hotel. A la Carte Essen im Hotel preislich gut und qualitativ auch gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig, aber es war definitiv nicht das Beste auf unserer Japan Reise

スタッフの対応が一番良かったです。

Cons:

悪くはないですが、子供がフロントでジムが出来ると聞いて楽しみにしていたが、ジムの受付で16歳以上でないとダメと言われたので残念がっていた為。

Comfortable hotel with indoor swimming pool and great views to Osaka Castle
Pros:

The hotel facilities and the room are very comfortable.
The views and the pool are amazing!
The breakfast has a nice selection of western and Japanese dishes.
Just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station and the limousine bus stop for KIX.
The staff and housekeeping are very friendly and warm.

Cons:

The room that we had lacked some basic stuff like a coffee machine, drawers or shelves to place your clothes, refreshing spray.
The extra charge for breakfast for a 6 year old is a bit steep (this is the only hotel in our trip that charged this extra)
