周辺のホテルに比べてとてもリーズナブルで、値段の割にとても快適で良かったです。
Pros:

オーナーさんが親切でした。部屋は清潔で電子レンジがあるのがよかったです。ダブルベッドの部屋をリーズナブルな価格で1人で宿泊できたので、ゆっくりくつろぐことができました。私が宿泊したのは土曜日でしたが、周囲環境はとても静かでした。

Cons:

お風呂にあった小さな２つのボトルが中国語表記でシャンプーなのかリンスなのかボディソープなのか分からなくて使えなかったことです。おそらくシャンプーとボディーソープかなと思いましたが、リンスがないと髪がゴワゴワになるので使いませんでした。次からは持参します。

空間大，床很大枕頭很好睡，有簡單廚房。附近有大型超市方便採買。

飯店位置離車站有距離，如大型行李比較辛苦。如果有穿衣鏡會大大提升。

4月の入社式時期で王子駅近くのホテルが予約できず
Pros:

展示会の荷物を楽天から直送し3日前から預かっていただけたこと。ありがとうございます。感謝しています。
心配だったので事前発送した荷物は貴重品（お客様からお預かりしたものなど）は入れていませんでした、重かったですが手荷物にしました。
2階になってしまったので、中国人のオーナーさん？が手伝ってくれました、自身が2階は困る！といえる性格で良かったです。

Cons:

・ツインで予約、1階指定で予約したのにも関わらず、ベッドはダブル1つ、2階でした。
・コンセントの空きが、部屋の中央の端位置にある洗濯機のコンセントの上しかありません。延長コード3m4つ口を持っていたので困ることはありませんでしたが、スマホなど充電するものが多い方は延長コード持参しないと困るかもしれません。
・窓が大きく部屋番202でしたが隣はマンションの階段の真横で夜中も蛍光灯がついていて明る過ぎ、カーテンを閉めても光が漏れる。部屋位置が特に悪かったかもしれません。
・壁が薄くて隣の話し声が聞こえる、無音は気にならないが話し声は気になるのでYouTubeを流しました。
・あとは、他の方がおっしゃっている通りです。
1kの安いアパートタイプなので防犯上、どうかなぁと思ったり。。。オートロックではありませんでした

Such a nice experience!
Pros:

Very comfortable and full of all the things you could need, comfy bed, washing machine, a little kitchen, a microwave and a bathroom.
There is a machine inside, providing heating/air conditioning, very useful if you need to wash clothes. It's 10 minutes from the station, giving you a nice walk in a tipically japanese neighborhood.
There isn't always someone at the reception but I didn't needed any help during my stay, and for the price it has been better than an hotel!
I'll definitely return again, thank you!
