Все понравилось, отличное расположение на тихой улице, в шаговой доступности главные торговые рынки, недалеко до императорского парка. Прекрасный персонал, старается и заботиться о клиентах. Вкусные завтраки, широкий выбор, своя небольшая сыроварня предоставляет свежие сыры на завтрак. Хороший ресторан при гостинице. Публичная баня в японском стиле доступна утром и вечером, хорошо расслабляет после дневной прогулки и утренней пробежки. Есть небольшой фитнес зал.

Localização incrível; muito fácil caminhar pelos inúmeros centros comerciais populares ou nem tanto, nas redondezas. Vale comentar a facilidade de ter uma máquina de lavar a disposição no quarto.
O café da manhã é do tipo Continental servido à mesa; eu particularmente gosto mais de Buffett ; queijo não uma preferencia para a equipe. Pode melhorar.

We could actually check-in even though we arrived early. All the other hotels we stayed in wanted to charge us an hourly rate for early check-in
They offer a very delicious full breakfast buffet only. No small option e.g. coffee 6 pastry

Great location from which to explore Kyoto. Comfortable rooms and good facilities. Laundry facilities in basement which is so helpful. Staff very helpful and attentive. Didn't try the breakfast but it seems more of a tourist oriented restaurant.
Pretty expensive for what it was (vs nicer places in Tokyo) but perhaps that is just the going rate for central Kyoto. Hotel is on the larger side with lots of tourists which can feel more anonymous vs staying somewhere more boutique / Ryokan with traditional Japanese food etc.

There was nothing significant to dislike about the property. Overall, everything was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay.
s the hotel was new, the premises were in pristine condition. The architecture was wonderful, and above all, the staff was friendly, attentive, and respectful.
The walk from my room to the elevator was a bit long.
Staff is excellent, rooms are well designed, breakfast is buffet is great plus choice of 1 dish from the kitchen. Location is prime, restaurants around the area are fantastic especially the ramen shop next door upstairs. Very close to the market and main street. I would definitely book there again!

Incredible hotel, rooms were amazingly large and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. Especially loved the onsen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely be back again.
We tried the hotel breakfast on our last morning and it wasn’t that great, not worth the money. Also the gym was nice with weights available but if two or more people are working out it’s quite uncomfortable because the gym is small but doable.

בארוחת הבוקר היינו שמחים לראות מגוון גדול יותר של גבינות צהובות וצרפתיות, ושל בשרים כמו פסטרמה.
בחדר חסרו מקומות אחסון , וכסא עם משענת.
