Pros:

L’hôtel est très agréable dans son ensemble, le fait qu’il soit en hauteur est un gros plus. La vue depuis les chambres est assez incroyable.

The cups and glasses in our room were never refreshed despite the housekeeping service saying that they would be. We stayed for 3 nights.

Good location and friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Well located for both Haneda Airport and Tokyo Cruise Terminal and very good views over Tokyo from the elevated position.

Cons:

Breakfast could have had a few more options.

Great city views.
Pros:

The view from the room was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to have separate shower and toilets.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t exactly great, as the mattress didn’t stay in its place. There was no clothes storage or hooks on the walls or anything. The breakfast wasn’t ideal for longer stays or for special diets or allergies, as you only had the same two breakfast tray options every morning and they couldn’t be customized at all. As a vegetarian, I really got sick of the two onigiri options I could eat after a couple of days. The staff wasn’t so helpful in recommending restaurants and such, as the recommendations we got ended up not working out - they required reservations and were fully booked etc.

Designet, sengene, udsigten fra værelset, personalet var hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Tagterrassen var også meget behagelig.

Cons:

Gerne flere valgmuligheder i fht snacks og små retter i caféen på hotellet.
