Cons:

Third bed is not suitable for sleeping, it is too hard. It wasn’t prepared, we had to do it ourself. Breakfast is not good.

가족여행으로 4인실을 예약했는데 방이 매우 크고 뷰가 압도적이었습니다. 도쿄타워 예약을 놓칠만큼이었어요. 숙소가 매우 깨끗하고 고급스러우며 유럽 부티크 호텔처럼 테마도 확실한 곳입니다. 호텔 주변은 비즈니스 지구여서 아주 쾌적, 깨끗하고 맛집과 적당한 크기의 몰을 다 갖추고 있습니다. 고탄다역 인근 돈키호테, 도큐스토어에서 파는 엄청난 퀄리티의 도시락을 사서 수변 공원 로컬분들 사이에서 피크닉 하며 먹었던 것이 가장 평화롭고 좋았던 순간이었습니다.

Perfect combination of comfort, convenience, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality!
Pros:

OMO5 was in a fantastic location—central enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful place to stay.

One of our favorite features was the cozy lounge, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The complimentary 9 p.m. drinks with other guests created a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. Check-in was quick and efficient, and although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff happily stored our luggage while we enjoyed complimentary drip coffee in the lounge.

The guest facilities were excellent. We really appreciated the floor with the fresh cold water station, laundry machines, ironing facilities, and even a drinks vending machine, which meant we didn't always have to pop over to the nearby 7-Eleven.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also liked being able to choose the amenities we needed at reception before heading to our room. A lovely touch was the complimentary pajamas, which were surprisingly comfortable and much appreciated by the whole family.

Overall, OMO5 exceeded our expectations and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo. We would happily stay here again.

Tolles Bett mit tollem Blick

Was für ein tolles Zimmer! Das Bett war direkt vor der riesigen Fensterfront mit Blick auf die City! Sehr sauber, sehr großes Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse und ganz liebes Personal.

Cons:

Kann nichts bemängeln. Das einzige das nicht Ideal war, war das Frühstück - es gab asiatisch und amerikanisch (inkl. Würstchen), für Vegetarier nicht 100% ideal. Ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit, würde das Hotel trotzdem wieder buchen.
