The Splaisir Yokohama was very conveniently located down a covered walkway from the train station and fairly near a bus terminal (once we figured out where it was). Even though we had language barrier difficulties during our trip, the hotel lobby staff used a digital translation board and did their best to help us figure out how to get around. The hotel was very clean, our room had enough space, the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The food available in their lobby was good for a snack and while the food in the rest of the building could have used more translation, everything we ate was good. I would highly recommend this hotel in Yokohama!
Because it shares a building with a retail center, our taxi driver initially couldn’t figure out how to find it, but otherwise, we were happy with it.
위치도 서비스도 좋고, 일단 방이 넓어 좋았어요. 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어있으며, 짐보관등등 아주 편안했어요. 숙박룸 층에 얼음, 전자렌지, 자판기가 있습니다. 리셉션은 4층에 있어요.

Room was large great location. Lovely building staff were helpful.
Bed was rock hard couldn't really get much sleep, shower was over the side if the bath you had to hold it to shower.

Location was very good and convenient for everything.
Our room which was a Corner Twin Room was very nice.
The check-in procedure was difficult as the reception was not up to scratch.
No drinking water was provided in the room, nor in the room in the corridor where the vending machine and ice were.
The breakfast was mainly Japanese-style which was nice but it would have been better if there were also viennois and toast facilities and better coffee, instead of pouring it out yourselves from a thermos.

2) 機能佳：周圍百貨商場和餐廳選擇眾多，白天沒逛完，晚上可以繼續逛
3) 房間舒適：100分的整潔度，硬體新穎，空間以日本標準算是寬敞，衛浴與廁所分離設計，備品一應俱全
隱隱地聽得到一點火車聲，但隔音表現不錯，不會影響睡眠
交通便利,環境優雅,服務人員非常親切 ,房間很大,四周餐飲都很方便
