Pros:

横浜駅から直通で雨に濡れない。駅や繁華街まですぐ。朝食がご飯とパンの選択制で、　和食のビュッフェあり。

Cons:

ホテル入り口が分かりにくい。地図にある一番高いビル。

A comfortable and convenient start and finish to my Japan tour
Pros:

I stayed at Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Yokohama twice, on the first and last nights of my tour of Japan, and it was a great choice for both occasions. The location is excellent, with easy access to Yokohama Station and a convenient direct transport connection to Narita Airport. This made arriving in Japan and travelling back to the airport much easier, especially with luggage. I particularly appreciated the early check-in on my arrival, which was very welcome after a long flight. The hotel is modern, comfortable and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also enjoyed dining at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere relaxed. It was especially nice to have such a good restaurant right there after a long day of travelling.Overall, a very pleasant experience and a hotel I would happily choose again, a great combination of comfort, convenience and location.

Great location near to station. Modern rooms. Walking distance to numerous shops,restaurants and malls. Taxi ride to cruise port costs around £14.

A Classic feel.
Pros:

This is my returned stay. The hotel is in easy access to the Yokohama station which is well connected to many parts of Yokohama. I managed to use the gym and enjoyed Sunny Restaurant and the City Bakery. The Library cum Book Store Look of the lobby suits my liking.
