Decent hotel, hot breakfast, FREEZING cold pool in cold room
Pros:

Afternoon front desk check in woman was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

I was chastised about one of my kids not wearing shoes to breakfast. Woman was rude and grumpy and stated, "I know there's no sign but there should be. You all need shoes on because that's a health code violation." Not having a sign is the violation - your guests aren't the ones responsible. Please talk to staff about their tone of voice. We complied immediately.
Pool was absolutely FREEZING around 70 degrees, and the room was air conditioned. My kids hated the temp and it was so cold you couldn't get used to it.

It was a decent 3 day stay.
Pros:

The customer service was great! The front desk staff as well as the staff during breakfast were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was pretty good as well!

Cons:

The cleanliness. The first room we had the tub/shower was not cleaned all the way. We were moved to another room where the shower wasn’t much better and they’re was a huge red stain on the floor right beside the bed. We found a piece of trash beside the bed.

Room wasn’t clean!
Pros:

Nice pool & yummy breakfast!

Cons:

The door was difficult to open! Fruit was under sink in bathroom, candy under table between beds, coffee spilled on counter, & pull out sofa-bed was dirty! We told front desk, but no one came to clean! We could not get a price reduction because we used a third party to book & the hotel was full so we couldn’t change rooms!
