ビジネスユースで夜は外食したい私みたいな使い方には、ベターな宿です
Pros:

駅から少し遠い分周辺に飲食店はあって不便は、感じなかった

Cons:

朝食付きは良かったけど、ロビーで食べるろのは
余りにも斬新です。
多分中国人と思われる客がポケットに、朝食のサンドをガッツリ詰め込んでいたのは酷かった。

快適でした。
Pros:

古くても清潔だとありがたいが、ココは新しくて清潔なので更に嬉しいです。駅に近くてホテルで荷物を預かってくれるところが助かります。

Cons:

朝食付きで予約しましたがパンとスープの洋食の軽食タイプ。スープもサンドイッチも美味しく、更に思いがけなく名物のあんバター（クリーム）入りのパンも用意してくれるので大変嬉しい！のですが、事前に和食か洋食を知ってたらありがたかったです。
あと、要求強過ぎて申し訳ないですが安い即席でよいから、お椀にパックの味噌入れてお湯注ぐ簡単なタイプがあると嬉しいのは私だけかな。。。

風呂の排水、結構大事
Pros:

無料の朝食が思ったよりよく、配膳の方が気持ちよく挨拶されていた。
館内もほぼ清潔。立地も良い。

Cons:

他が良かったけど、お風呂が、、、日本で初めて水が流れていかないバスタブに出会った。
シャワーだけの利用だったけど、その排水が流れず、足首まで溜まったままで足を洗いながら風呂から出た。
海外ではそんな排水の状態の悪いところは多々あるけで、綺麗そうに見えたのに、なんだかなぁって感じ。
それが一番悪く心象も悪くした。
