Excellent location - a comfortable modern hotel
Pros:

New and modern hotel. Clean and very comfortable. Very near the train station and all the good bus/ tram links - easy to explore Nagasaki from. Lovely view over the harbour too from our room.

Cons:

All good.

Perfect stay
Pros:

This is a great place to stay - close to the station, shops and restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great choice of food at breakfast. We also had dinner there one evening and the service and meal was excellent. We were also very fortunate to have a room upgrade - room very spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Location is ideal for people traveling by Shinkansen. Also, exploring the city was easy, with plenty of commute options available. Hotel is stylish, staff is amazing. Very efficient and good communicators. Rooms are insanely neat, comfortable and the customer experience was tailored to details from fragance in the lobby, appliances in the room and beauty of gardens and spaces. 10/10!

Cons:

Only thing worth noting is there are no meals served after 9pm.

Enjoyable experience and would stay again!
Pros:

Great location! Right next to the JR Nagasaki Station, next to shopping malls, convenience stores, taxi and bus stands.
Staff was very professional and welcoming.
Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices.
Room smelled wonderful and the bed was so comfortable after a long day of walking and sightseeing.
This is our second stay here and I highly recommend this hotel in Nagasaki.

Central location, friendly staff. Not so friendly parking.
Pros:

The location is great. It's next to a mall and the train station, bus station, and the tram station.

Cons:

Parking is not included with the room. I was charged an additional 3000 yen. Parking was in the mall parking lot and not close. Finding the parking was okay, but navigating to the entrance for luggage pick up/drop off was difficult. Literally no signs to direct you to the right entrance.
