You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Location was great, just a few steps from Ueno station and Ueno restaurants area. I appreciated that they kept our luggages until the check-in time, which was 3PM. It was also a nice touch to offer tea and coffee in the lobby. Staff was welcoming and kind. I will be honest, the room is tiny but it has everything you need.
Special note: be mindful that it is nearly impossible to have 2 big luggages open on the floor at the same time. This was NOT a problem for us but it might be for other travellers.

Cons:

The thing I liked the least was the bed AND pillows, which were really hard in my opinion.

地理位置方便，環境也乾淨，一樓也有免費的咖啡，有洗衣機烘衣機，備品也是看個人需求拿取，特別的是有6種不同的泡澡粉可以選擇，櫃檯英文 中文 日文都能通，但還是需要看當時櫃檯是誰

全体的には満足です
Pros:

台風のため翌日出かけるのが大変なのでホテルを予約しました。とりあえず泊まれてよかったです

Cons:

ところどころ掃除が雑だったことです。一見綺麗ですが棚の埃が落ちてきたり。一部なので気にはならなかったのですが翌日のすみのピンクカビが気になりました

Least favorite hotel in our three week stay in Japan.
Pros:

Property was close to Ueno station.

Cons:

Rooms were shoebox size. Too claustrophobic. Not good for families, best for backpackers and solo travelers.

通知14樓無法排水後、馬上更換房間令人滿意

Fijn verblijf op een geweldige locatie
Pros:

De locatie is perfect! Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. De kamer was klein maar fijn, je kunt je koffer onder het bed schuiven zodat het niet in de weg ligt, super handig!

Cons:

Kamers zijn klein maar dat is vrij normaal in Tokyo voor deze prijs.
