Pros:

Hop Inn Ueno is a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. We were able to easily access the subway and train station. Our family will stay at Hop Inn in the future.

Great location but there were nuances during our stay this time.
Pros:

Great location and accessibility to the different attractions within Tokyo. The staff are helpful and accommodating, as always. Great value for money.

Cons:

The main automatic sliding doors of the hotel were unserviceable during the 5 days of our stay and you have to manually push the doors to open/close. The elevator doesn't have any cooling system to combat the heat and humidity of Japan summer. Also, it was a pain to use the single elevator between 1pm to 3pm since it is being used also by their cleaning team to bring up/down used/replacement towels, beddings, trash. The bed at room 302 also squeaks a LOT. The cleaning team did not vacuum our room when it was "cleaned" during our stay.

因為於馬路邊，夜晚常有消防/救護車/還是警車的大聲警報，不清楚是不是車聲，住了五晚有兩天被嚇醒。除了不可控因素外實際體驗很不錯的，櫃檯也很和善。我的房型有全身鏡但桌子沒有化妝鏡。插座不少個比預期的多。
