Very nice hotel
Pros:

We recently stayed at itsy hotel Princ regency and had a really wonderful experience.the room were clean, fresh,and will maintained-even the bathroom were spotless and had no unpleasant smell.
The staff was polite, helpful,and attentive throughout our stay.overalall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We'd definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Pros:

Breakfast and food are fresh. Bed, room and bathroom are clean. Location is also good. I was very happy to see the warm welcome and sweet words from the staff. I also request my friends to visit this hotel once. I would also like to thank Booking.com for letting me stay in such a good hotel

Very nice hotel
Pros:

The room and bathroom are clean. The hotel staff's sweet words made me very happy. The location is also good, the metro station is within 200 meters. Breakfast and food are fresh. Thank you very much for the great stay. I request my friends to come to this hotel once.

Cons:

Bedbugs present ,unable to use pillows for bedbugs, dirty linens, electrical equipment faulty, poor breakfast. We booked this hotel by looking at the pictures of booking.com but in reality it is very different. The property is not maintained, no hygiene, breakfast area is dirty, nobody cleans properly. Beds are broken not maintained properly, cockroach is present in the room. Hotel should stress on cleanliness, maintainence and hygiene, except the location of the hotel, rest all facilities are extremely poor. Please work on this .
