Concierge pouco pró-ativo, spa muito caro

Unfortunately, the hospitality did not live up to the exceptional design. From the moment we arrived, the reception felt surprisingly cold and transactional. We arrived only around 40 minutes before the official 3:00 pm check-in, so waiting for the room was completely understandable. However, there was very little sense of welcome, not even an offer of a glass of water after our journey.

When we later ordered water at the bar, we were followed with the bill to sign before going upstairs. Of course we are happy to pay for anything we order, but the interaction reinforced an overall feeling that everything was transactional rather than genuinely hospitable.

That feeling continued throughout the stay. Rather than feeling looked after, we often felt observed, with very little proactive service or warmth. At the rooftop pool, despite the weather being only slightly wet, there was no staff presence to help dry or prepare a sunbed or provide a mattress.

We had also emailed weeks before our arrival trying to make a dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant but never received a response. By the time we arrived, our preferred time was no longer available.

Finally, we were surprised that breakfast was not included in such an expensive room rate. Taken together with the service experience, we simply did not feel the value matched the price.

We stayed at five different hotels across Brazil during this trip, several considerably less expensive, and felt far more genuinely welcomed and cared for elsewhere. We intentionally saved Fasano for our final night, expecting it to be a highlight. Sadly, it became the most disappointing hospitality experience of our trip.

Beautiful design alone cannot create hospitality. What was missing for us was soul, warmth, and the feeling of being genuinely welcome.

atendimento muito ruim pelo preço do hotel, fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o atendimento e com a maneira como a equipe da recepcao trata quando ha problemas, cafe da manha com pessimo atendimento e comida bem fraca e CARA

Piscina por 2 dias não funcionou, internet muito ruim no quarto quase não funcionava e funcionários do estacionamento eram intrometidos, não eram discretos.

Não entendi o preço final pq na reserva era um preço e lá ficou 9 mil a mais, com refeições e café, não justifica esses valores
