Bellissimo ma non un quattro stelle
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima, ha un giardino stupendo e la terrazza della zona ristorazione ha una vista mozzafiato

Cons:

La nostra stanza era umida e le finestre avevano tutte il vetro smerigliato quindi senza alcun tipo di vista. La pulizia non era impeccabile, non da quattro stelle

Gostei bastante da recepção das meninas e dos pratos da chef! Raviolli, a moqueca e o vinagre de lula uma delícia!

Cons:

não tinha uma segunda touca para banho, então eu usei uma e a minha esposa ficou sem :(

La posizione privilegiata della struttura offre una vista eccezionale della Baia de Guanabara, del centro di Río e scorci gradevoli del quartiere di Santa Teresa.
L’immobile d’epoca ha un fascino particolare, arricchito da dettagli moderni e funzionali, immerso in un contesto naturale con vegetazione lussureggiante resa ancor più gradevole dal canto degli uccelli tropicali e dal silenzio !
Il terrazzo del ristorante è uno spazio davvero gradevole così come il deck della piscina .

Cons:

La posizione della camera su strada è soggetta al rumore dei passanti che, seppur raramente, sostano sul marciapiede e chiacchierano privando gli ospiti del ricercato silenzio

Oase van rust in Santa Teresa!
Pros:

Geweldige en veilige locatie voor een paar dagen Rio. Vanuit hotel Castelinho is het makkelijk om per voet, taxi en/ of Uber de hoogtepunten van de stad te bezoeken. De kamers zijn heerlijk groot maar het beste aan dit hotel is wel het personeel. Niets is teveel en ze willen overal bij helpen. De was, taxis of tips voor de stad en omgeving. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk. Bonus is het heerlijke zwembad met uitzicht over de stad. Handdoeken liggen al klaar bij de strandbedden. Erg fijn om even af te koelen na een dag in de stad. De wijk Santa Teresa is ook geweldig. Heerlijke restaurants en leuke winkeltjes! Van harte aanbevolen! Wij komen zeker terug!

Suite de 50m2 bien aménagée

Personnel manquant de professionnalisme
Une personne est présente à l’accueil de 8h à 20h seulement mais qui n’a pas d’action réelle
Aucun staff n’est présent de 20h à 8h du matin dans l’hôtel, pas rassurant
La propreté est approximative
Restaurant fermé le soir et pas indiqué sur Booking
Bref veut ressembler à du luxe mais n’en est pas

Tres beau potentiel qui mériterait quelques services de plus pour être au top.
Pros:

La piscine , la localisation, le petit déjeuner, la vue, le bâtiment historique est superbe

Cons:

Les équipements sont sommaires (meubles un peu cheap, pas de sèche cheveux, …) pour le prix de la chambre. Services un peu chiches : les capsules de café sont payantes dans les chambres ainsi que l’eau, pas de resto ou bar après 19h, pas de surveillance la nuit.

Good option in Santa Teresa.
Pros:

Nice option in Santa Teresa with a nice view of the neighborhood and a swimming pool. The room was big.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

This place needs some renovation and a few touches throughout. There was a constant smell of sewage in some areas of the hotel and inside our room. Breakfast is good, but not great. Coffee is ashtray.
Staff was ok but lacking training.

Pros:

Très joli boutique hôtel. Super vue, super piscine, espace petit dej très sympa. Très bon petit déjeuner fait maison. Personnel sympa et accueillant. Localisation un peu lointaine des coins touristiques mais au calme et agréable.

Cons:

Horaires d’ouverture du restaurant limités, surtout pour dîner.
