Bom café da manhã e a academia ser bem equipada

Cons:

Se aqui no booking o hotel estivesse avaliado como 3 estrelas, minha avaliação poderia ser mais positiva pois o hotel estaria dentro do esperado, mas como 4 estrelas ele fica muito abaixo. O quarto não é confortável no sentido de ruído e iluminação. Muito barulho da rua, de carros e uma forte iluminação do corredor que entra para o quarto, como o espaço da porta é grande e não bloqueia a luz. Fora um equipamento, que acredito ser para caso de incêndio, que pisca a noite toda (este equipamento já vi em outros hotéis e sem nenhuma iluminação). Ou seja, se você precisa de um quarto tranquilo para dormir, este hotel definitivamente não é uma boa opção. A academia, apesar de bem equipada, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, o que acaba sendo desconfortável pra quem está realizando atividade física. No dia do meu checkout, eu estava sozinha e com muita bagagem, perguntei se eles tinham aqueles carrinhos de hotéis que ajudam a carregar malas e me disseram que não, a pessoa da recepção me respondeu que talvez pudesse ter alguém para me ajudar quando eu deixasse o quarto mas percebi que não seria de uma real boa vontade, então dei um jeito de sair sozinha com as malas. Ao chegar na recepção, novamente ninguém me ajudou na saída do hotel, apenas o manobrista que depois me ajudou a colocar as coisas no carro. Enfim, o conforto fica muito a desejar de uma categoria 4 estrelas, além de faltar um atendimento além do básico pela recepção

Achei o café da manha razoável, esperava um pouco mais. Particularmente não gostei da dinâmica de como é servido. Poucas opções.
