Pros:

I liked the Location.

Cons:

The maintenance work was going on in the hotel and without giving us any prior information they allowed two people to enter our room and they told us to wait outside for half an hour .
Our belongings were inside only didn't feel safe.
And I asked about it to the receptionist she lied that it was a sudden work we didn't know an all .

Room was not clean, room service is very poor, access area to room was untidy, House keeping and reception is very bad, no internet. Breakfast just kept in dinning area for namesake. Better to have breakfast outside.

The location is good.

Cons:

We were stranded by the staff ( me and my mother) at night for 200 rupees difference in the payment, as we paid the amount shown to us which was 200 less than one shown on their system. This could have been sorted in the morning, but the person at counter did not allow us to go to our room until we paid the money difference. The bathroom window was broken, there was construction site just outside, no privacy, we were worried some one could peak while bathing and all. Smoking was allowed, the room infornt had a smoker and the whole smoke was in our room at night. Room had 1 towel, 1 bottle of water. When asked for 2 he denied. No parking. We had traveled from mumbai the whole day, needed rest and had to fight for all this till 12.30 in the night. The night staff was a young boy. How can inexperienced staff be kept to handle such important job!
