I stayed for nearly 3 nights and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel refused to allow me to pay even half the rent per day, despite informing them in advance that I would be checking out early — this felt unfair and inflexible. The gym facilities were poorly maintained: no towels, no handwashing facilities, and equipment was not operational on the first or second day. When I raised my concerns, the hotel offered a complimentary dinner as compensation, which was not useful to me. Compensation should reflect the guest’s actual needs, not a one-size-fits-all gesture. Average but this property of ibis is better than other ibis property in Mumbai
Pros:

Breakfast was not satisfactory, no desert, most of the items were in live counter , you have to order and serving guys forget most of the time, it’s frustrating ordering again and again. Otherwise rooms are clean basic all facilities are there

Cons:

Breakfast was not at all good. It might be okay for business trip people but for the people coming on vacation it’s pathetic for them
