There was some very disturbing sound of some doors opening or something else very frequently in the night between 2 to 4.30 or 5 am
Very disturbing sounds and sleepless night.
Breakfast was good
Booking.com wasn't good
It showed me the price of booking at 4570/- excluding tax with 2 adults and I booked it with 1 adult and a kid aging 14 years still they charge me at the hotel for an extra person
Totally disappointed
And they even mailed me parking charges after I booked the hotel
When I was booking...breakfast including icon was on which meant including but I had to pay extra for buffet breakfast
No transparency at all
Location and size of room.
Over checking at security, even o am going to my car, o need to get checked again.
The manager at breakfast time was really bad. I ordered dosa and after 20 mins they came and said that the live counter is closed.
The experience for buffet breakfast was really pathetic.
Its vicinity to the airport & next to local city train

Extension of stay 25 minutes despite of prebooked room .
Luggage delivery to Room almost 30 minutes.
At Check out "No one turned up to collect luggae , has to walk with 5 bags down from 3rd floor to Ground"
Dining Menu took 40 minutes to be sent to room and albi was "it is not my job ask front desk"
Parking arrangements " Mess"
Asked for Diet Cola and the server quoted "its dry day and bar is closed and i cant serve Diet Cola"
Took me ages to explain him its "Non Alcoholic Drink"
List is too long .. most of them were very rude and non courteous , other than Riya Chef at Restaurant who took good care of us ,
Dont waste your precious time and Money here !!
House Keeping Service and Hospitality at Breakfast.
Value for money.
If a room is booked for 3 adults, it is absurd for hotel to charge for an extra bed with reception guy giving a plea that guests manage themselves without extra bed if more than 2 stay but we charge for 3.
