Hotel novo e com qualidade no que oferece!
Pros:

É um hotel para quem vai fazer algo na cidade e quer conforto, tranquilidade e bom atendimento. O hotel é bem novinho, tudo limpinho, roupa de cama gostosa, quartos bom, com espaço para roupas, o cafe da manhã é muito bom, com opções variadas e tudo o que oferecem é de qualidade. Todas as pessoas que nos atenderam foram super solicitas e prestativas, em especial o Carlos da recepção, que foi muito atencioso em nos dar um quarto mais espaçoso! Tem uma piscina bacana, mas nao usamos pq estava frio. O estacionamento tb é excelente e super pratico e espaçoso!

Acomodação centralizada, limpa, organizada.

Cons:

Falta mais aconchego para o cliente. Está mais na linha de um Ibis. Bem prático. Café da manhã bem simples. Cozinha fechada permanentemente até o próximo café. Senti falta de acolhimento. Funcionários simpáticos, limpeza ótima! Vou sempre em foz, e foi minha primeira vez ali, mas por falta desse acolhimento que acho essencial não voltarei novamente
