A recepção nos autorizou a fazer o check in antecipadamente, sem cobrança; achei de uma gentileza sem tamanho. O quarto era muito confortável, de frente pra rua, e em andar baixo, como eu queria; o banheiro era amplo e agradável, e havia um espaço separado para o sanitário; a cama e as roupas de cama era excelentes. O café da manhã estava delicioso e variado, bem como os garçons foram gentis e se mostraram dispostos. A Patrícia, camareira, foi muito amável conosco, e dedicamos-lhe flores quando da nossa saída. Certamente, voltaremos ao Regency.

Excelente opción
Pros:

Estuvimos en dos oportunidades con un total de 8 noches. El personal es super amable, siempre respondiendo muy respetuosos y atenciosos ante cualquier consulta. Es realmente de destacar.
La ubicación es ideal para hacer turismo porque está de camino a muchas atracciones.
Si bien el hotel está en reformas, la buena predisposición del personal hizo todo más ameno.
El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Al comienzo nos tocó una habitación interior muy pequeña y venía olor de la cocina pero enseguida nos cambiaron.
Por estar en reformas solo había un ascensor y a veces dos.

Custo benefício vale super a pena , boa localização
Pros:

Ainda bem que não confiei nas avaliações negativas , hotel é ótimo , muito bem localizado , café da manhã completo super bem servido , funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a trabalhar , o hotel está em reforma para modernização mas isso não atrapalhou em nada nossa hospedagem . Super recomendo

Cons:

O único item ruim é não ter estacionamento.

Péssima acústica, quarto desconfortável, instalações muito ruins (a luz do quarto não parava de piscar).
O café da manhã é razoável, mas o serviço é ruim, com equipe o tempo todo recolhendo as coisas da mesa, te acelerando pra liberar logo espaço. Elevador minúsculo, lento. Eu tinha visto avaliações ruins (principalmente no Google), mas quis pagar pra ver. Paguei. E caro.
