Pros:

Quick service and warm hospitality.

Cons:

Room service food prices are exuberantly high.. like Rs 1000 for a one portion rajma rice is way too much. Please look into the same for correction.

Location is near Rly Stn and easy to access.

Cons:

We had booked for 2 nights.
2nd day morning, we left at 8.am for Vaishno Devi temple visit. On our return at 2.30 pm, we found that our room had not been cleaned, beda not made, bathroom not cleaned. This was taken up with the staff on duty very strongly. This is not expected from a 4-star property belonging to the IHG group. Very poor show.

Location is good just beside Katra railway station

Cons:

Room 403 was alloted to us which was completely dusty, torn linen, bathroom got clogged every time one went for a shower, the worst part was Bed Bugs in the room
After informing the front desk several times, General Manager of the Unit did not meet, room was changed later
Food quality was average, service was pathetic
