Great property, wonderful people, fantastic food
Pros:

The breakfast at the JW, Goa is probably the best we have eaten, not only in Goa, probably India. The vast variety of food items, specialised chefs for different cuisines (pastry chef, South Indian corner). The team at JW, whether at the reception, dining room, is exceptional, courteous and helpful. This is our third trip to the same property in 3 years and the only reason for going back is the wonderful people and food.

Pros:

The breakfast spread was absolutely satiating. Each morning they would have some new added items. Compliments to the chef for egg benedict, french toasts, they have special coffee bar which was on the spot for coffee lovers and of course the south Indian corner was relished by my kids. Overall Excellent job with food and special thanks to the staff they were so courteous.

The overall stay was good

Cons:

We were given a room with broken water heater and the ac was not working and when we informed the staff a person with ladder came to the room to fix it- this wasn’t the kind of hospitality we expect from JW marriott and then my husband went to get our rooms changed and for the next 30 min we just waited and no one came to shift our luggage it was just a really bad check in experience

Our stay was fantastic. Except a small glitch at the time of check-in due to server down, everything was top notch.
Pros:

It’s a top notch property close to vagator beach. The infinity pool overlooking sea at some distance is a highlight. Rooms are big and cosy.

Cons:

They should try to enforce discipline at the pool. Some guests were using the pool in normal clothes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at J W Marriott Goa Highly recommend if you are looking for luxurious hotel experience
Pros:

Our stay at JW Marriott Goa has been nothing short of exceptional! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always available to assist with any requests. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and Vagator Beach is just a lovely 15-20 minute stroll from the hotel. While a shuttle service would enhance the experience, the walk is quite pleasant!

The concierge team was fantastic, especially Jacob and Shaun. Their recommendations for places to visit and their help in arranging our experiences truly made our trip memorable. I highly recommend visitors to purchase an Indian SIM card and use Goa Miles for local transportation, as it’s a smart choice compared to other options.

Breakfast at JW Kitchen was a highlight of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and I must give special thanks to chefs Mr. Abhishak, Ms. Tanvi, and Mr. Arun. They addressed our minor concerns promptly and offered thoughtful suggestions on what to try. The fresh, hot jalebis served at breakfast were simply delightful!

Shoutouts are also deserved for Jatin, Sonal, and Dipanker, who greeted us every morning and ensured our needs were met throughout our 9-night stay.

Regarding our room, there were a couple of minor areas for improvement, such as the shower and bathtub being in the same space, which could use a bit of attention. Additionally, while we appreciate the provision of water bottles, having 12 in the room felt a bit excessive.

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at JW Marriott Goa and highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious hotel experience and vibrant nightlife in Vagator!

Pros:

Spent an amazing 3 nights. Wonderful hotel, great amenities and the staff was the best. Special call out to folks at the Aqua poolside bar and JW kitchen. Jatin and other kids ( i apologize i didnt catch the other names but they were all super) who took care of us were the just most friendly and professional set of people. They even did a little bon voyage ceremony at the breakfast table. These little touches matter so much.
