checkin is 12pm we reached at 3pm. Rooms were not ready.Bed lenin and pillow were very dirty. I saw cleaning crew did not change bedsheet and pillow cover. They just tugged in the used bedsheet. Bathroom water outlet bugs were flying. There is shower but no hot water supply. Only hot water was available in the tap so we had to use dirty bucket and mug to take bath. They gave us a room which had a broken key hole. The hotel manager used a screw driver to open. We ask for other room and they were giving us other room which was already occupied. We did not use lift because there was frequent power cuts. Our room was in 2nd floor my 80 year old father had to climb stairs.
