Infraestrutura incrível e funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo demais.

Cons:

O restaurante da piscina é terceirizado, mas tive um problema com iscas de peixe estragadas que foram servidas. O time do restaurante prontamente trocou o prato. Além disso, achamos a iluminação do quarto e banheiro um pouco escura.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Na rua principal de Pipa. O Café da manhã, incluso na diária, é muito bem servido, com uma variedade excelente de itens. A piscina é maravilhosa, com serviço de bar e Dj a tarde inteira, aos finais de semana.

Cons:

A localização do nosso quarto não foi das melhores. Tínhamos que fazer uma boa caminhada, incluindo escadas e piso escorregadio, até as áreas comuns da piscina, recepção e garagem.

Pros:

Me encanto la ubicación, es sobre la avenida principal pero mínimamente alejada del ruido, también es un punto muy cómodo para llegar a todas las playas caminando. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy lindas, los cuartos muy limpios y en excelente estado, utilizamos el gimnasio y esta completo cuenta con aire acondicionado y agua fría. El desayuno y la merienda incluidas son muy ricas. Todo el personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron con todo lo solicitado. Recomiendo.

Great option in Pipa, super well located in the main street with so many bars and restaurants as option. The beach is also only a few minutes away. The hotel itself is moder and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area is incredible and includes an artificial beach. The breakfast is of great qaulity with enough variety and an option of a Tapioca or Crepe brought to your table. The SPA is also nice!

Cons:

The room I stayed was a bit far away from the entrance and the SPA had a haircut / beard service as part of their options but they didn't have anyone to offer that said these are just small points.

La piscina, el lugar de desayuno, la limpieza.

Cons:

La habitación estaba preparada para persona en sillas de ruedas y estaba todo muy bajo, no tenía ganchos para colgar las toallas. Durante tres días reclamamos que la caja fuerte no funcionaba. En el desayuno la presentación del té era deplorable y no había té solo el cartón con el nombre del que debería haber. Jugo de naranja no era exprimido. No está mal pero tiene mucho para mejorar más que dice ser un 5 estrellas para mí es un 4 estrellas. Fue imposible descansar después del mediodía porque estaban levantando el piso frente a la habitación .
