O hotel atendeu bem as expectativas, o quarto é amplo e estava limpo, mobilia ok. Serviram café da manha no quarto, a localização é ótima. Ficamos somente uma noite eu e uma amiga, passando para pegar avião qdo fomos p Morro de SP.

Gostei da localização, da relação preço/qualidade e conforto do quarto
Não gostei da vista do hotel para um rua cheia de lixo e com pessoas de rua. Apenas tem pequeno almoço e servido no quarto.

The location was absolutely perfect - on a quiet street across from a big church, in walking distance to both Pelourinho and Santo Antonio (which is the cutest place to walk around!)
The room was also really big, with a big & comfortable bed. There was a lot of space, the bathroom was also big, and there was a big patio outside. It would have been nice to have some chairs and/or a hammock or something, though. The breakfast was okay - served to your bedroom, which is fine, as there's a table and chairs.
There is 24 hour check in, which is also really helpful & the guy who checked us in was really nice!
Noise is a huge issue there - if you are a light sleeper, it isn't going to work for you.
The breakfast preparation area and kitchen are right outside of the very thin door. Staff were using the microwave at 4am, they began preparing breakfast at 6am and I could hear every noise. One time, there was a huge bang and it sounded like someone was in the room - it made for a very uncomfortable stay. I was awoken about every hour per night after 4am - so be warned!
Unfortunately, I didn't listen to the other reviews and assumed that the fights staff had were a one-off...I was wrong.
We arrived after a flight in the early hours of the morning and were hoping to sleep in. Not only did the breakfast preparations start early and woke us up, but the staff were shouting at each other - from outside the door and from upstairs for hours. It started around 6am and they hadn't stopped by 8am. It was not only really unprofessional, but really disturbing to expect to get some peace and be met with no sleep and angry staff.
The place wasn't very clean - the floors were dirty, which, even though the rest of the place seemed clean, made it more uncomfortable.
Lastly, they lock the doors during staff hours, but sometimes the staff aren't at the desk and don't respond to doorbells, knocks or calls. We were stood outside for 20 minutes around 6pm, and a group arrived to check in, but we couldn't get any response. This might have been a one-off situation, but it was frustrating.

Incrível! Sem tirar e nem por. Foi um verdadeiro achado, aceita pet, não tem área comum, mas é um ambiente novo, com uma arquitetura super bonita, moderna e robusta. Tem uns 3 andares, quartos super confortáveis, com aquele mosquiteiro em volta da cama, que é lindo, e confortável, ar condicionado, banheiro, varandinha, espelho, cama king super espaçosa, mesinha, pia pra lavar os pratos. O café a manha eles levam no quarto, é uma verdadeira delícia e super completo, super mesmo! Cobertores, tudo limpinho! Os funcionários uns amores, o local fica em no centro. Pertinho do Pelourinho, tem um pouquinho de barulho de manhã, e a noite, mas nada que incomode, fechando tudo fica perfeito. Tv smart, preço excelente! E trataram meu cachorro super bem! Amei mesmo

A acomodação fica em uma descida de escada , e de frente fica à cozinha aonde tem muitos ruídos devido ao preparo do café da manhã , os funcionários também dava pra ouvir toda conversa em forma de eco , acústica ruim , não recomendaria pra quem quer dormir até tarde , pequeno vazamento no banheiro que com o tempo acumulou uma poça de água .

Souci avec notre chambre familiale au niveau -1 : dès 6heures du matin, impossible de dormir car le personnel discute et prépare le petit déjeuner juste à côté. Nous l'avons signalé au réceptionniste qui a l'habitude de recevoir cette remarque des clients qui louent cette chambre (à quand la résolution du problème, donc?)
The staff where incrediably kind - it was actually really a highlight of my stay, especially how they helped bring my luggage up even though I arrived so late!!
The hotel was super cute and really really well located, right in the center of Pelourinho with a lovely sunrise.
The room was also exceptionally clean and modern - would super recommend :)
