It’s Good.
Pros:

1. Location

4. Picking of luggage by staff while checking-in and check-out.

1. Small room
2. Bedsheet not changed over 3 days of my stay. Even we check-in and used with soiled Bedsheet which was already used by someone.
3. Provided with one Chair only in room .
4. Bedside floor mat is not available.
5. One broom should be in room.
6. No cutlery are available at room.
7. I called reception on Number 9 for four times for requirements but not responded.
8. Water bottle, tea pouch , coffee pouch sugar pouch should be replaced if someone is staying 3 days.
9. They entered the room with their master key whereas we were not there physically as we were out of hotel during day time. Must be informed to occupant or they should do their formalities in front of us.

Hotel could not provide basic amenities
Cons:

Basic facilities like water bottle, dental kit and shaving kit was not provided. Even water bottle on demand was out of stock. Soap dispenser didn't have soap. Flush tank was partially working.

The hotel owner/ manger made us cancel the booking from booking .Com and then made up pay extra for our stay, refused to provide complimentary team as well.
