Cons:

The hotel was overbooked. They did not have us the room. We had to contact booking.com and they cancelled the room. Very very poor staff. Should be blacklisted in booking.com

Nothing much. Bed was decent

Cons:

No toiletries, no bath mat, commode was broken, bathroom fixtures were rusted. No telephone, no hangars, the door did not shut properly, interior lights were too bright, no bedside charging point. Ac remote was not working.
