Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Komfortable Matratze und Kissen, auch gut gefallen hat mir, dass es einen Wasserkocher gab sowie die Möglichkeit gefiltertes Wasser abzufüllen.

Spacious with comfortable beds and lovely deep arm chairs! On a beautifully maintained estate of buildings and facilities including a great children’s play area.

"Verschmutztes Bett defektes Duschsystem und keinerlei Entgegenkommen- sehr enttäuschend."

wir übernachten bereits seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig in Ihrer Unterkunft, da unsere Tochter in der Nähe wohnt. Gerade deshalb sind wir über unseren diesjährigen Aufenthalt besonders enttäuscht.
Als ich abends im Bett lag, drehte ich mein Kissen um und war völlig schockiert: Das Kissen war deutlich verschmutzt. Zudem befanden sich auf dem Bettlacken rote Flecken. Unter diesen Umständen ist es für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, dass das Zimmer beziehungsweise das Bett in diesem Zustand an Gäste übergeben wurde.
Besonders enttäuschend ist für uns, dass wir diesmal gemeinsam mit meinem Eltern bei Ihnen übernachtet haben und diese Aufgrund des defekten Duschsystem den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht Duschen konnten. Es lag von den vorherigen Gäste ein Handgeschriebener Zettel das dass Duschsystem defekt ist das Sie dieses schon gemeldet haben aber sich keiner gekümmert hat. Ich vermute diese Gäste konnten während Ihres Aufenthalt auch nicht duschen.

Besonders enttäuscht hat uns jedoch der anschließende Umgang mit diesem Vorfall. Es wurde uns gegenüber nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung ausgesprochen. Auch ein kleines Entgegenkommen wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Emplacement parfait

Cons:

Un peu surpris d'avoir des signe religieux à la réception de l'hôtel et dans la chambre ( en fait partout dans l'établissement ). Même si l'on sait qu'il s'agit en partie d'un ancien monastère des années 60. 2 cliniques psychiatriques sont également présents dans l'enceinte. Bref un environnement surprenant

Pros:

This is great value for money place if looking for a place to stop over on route driving. We might stopped and it was so convenient and a really nice alternative to a hotel. Very dog friendly and a delicious breakfast buffet in nice surroundings.
