It was pleasant stay but the staff need to be trained as per the four star 🌟 hotel.

Staff was little rude while telling that the roof top restaurant is closed and the smoking is not allowed in common and open area when it was asked him very politely. Probably the staff was new to the 4/5 star hotel's hospitality and the commitments towards the guests staying. Room service was as slow as sloths [it took 58 minutes to bring whiskey glass 🥃 and missed soft drink]

Pros:

building and styling looked premium.
staff were courteous. rooms were small but cozy
we were with pets so that was a great thing. vegetarian food was damn tasty and quantity was very much fulfilling.

Cons:

water not hot in shower. only lukewarm and since we visited at beginning of winters it was a downside.
flush was also sometimes malfunctioning.

Good thing... The Staff is very courteous. Good people with genuinely humble attitude

Cons:

Food quality is subpar and does not meet expectations. Delayed preparations, Dingy rooms, nothing to offer for the amount they charged. not even a minibar. flush is leaking, quality of linen is bad, furniture is cheap. This is not at all what was expected after paying so much.
