Sehr stylisches Zimmer mit super komfortablem Bett.
Angenehme Lage - ruhige Gegend.
Self Check-in & check- out recht unkompliziert.

Cons:

Zimmer im 2. Stock im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage untertags ziemlich warm, in der Nacht mit offenen Fenstern aber aushaltbar.

家族にも出張にもおすすめです。
Pros:

55番のバスが、Karl-Preis-Platz 、Munich East (München Ost)に10分に一本程度出ており、どこに行くにも便利。仕事でMesseに行くために泊まったが、乗り換え含め40分程度、近くにスーパー、ベーカリー、手作りソーセージなどの肉屋、バイエルン料理屋、ジェラードなど、自炊にも外食にも満足ができる。
セキュリティは玄関、部屋にそれぞれあり、洗濯機は２階部分に共有。キッチン設備も整っている。
チェックインに関してもガイドが的確でスムーズに利用ができました。
