Good for short stay
Pros:

We had very nice big room for 3 people, very nice and clean, breakfest were nice too. People working on reception were extremly kind. If you are not looking for luxury but for clean overnight stay this is perfect option.

Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Leider gab es vom Hotel keine Info bei der Buchung, dass rund um das Hotel eine Großbaustelle ist. Auch die ganze Nacht wird da mit Genehmigung bearbeitet!

Gutes und zur Zeit günstiges Hotel
Pros:

Großes geräumiges Zimmer, alles was man braucht. Das große Plus, dass man im Parkhaus kostenlos parken kann. Die Baustelle hat nicht weiter gestört.

Cons:

Für einen kleinen Spaziergang auf dem sicherlich schönen Campus verzichtet man aufgrund der Baustelle momentan besser. Die Funktionsweise der Aufzüge muss man erstmal verstehen.

Großzügige Zimmer mit Balkon - Top
Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend unsere Wasserflaschen wurden aufgefüllt

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr wortkarg und der Barkeeper etwas überfordert

Oké voor 1 nacht op doorreis
Pros:

Locatie was prima voor doorreizen. Parkeren is ook fijn.

Cons:

De dame van de bar was vriendelijk en geen enkel menu beschikbaar in het Engels. Parkeren staat slecht aangegeven en overal om het hotel heen wordt gebouwd.

Baustelle die Nicht in der Beschreibung stand
Pros:

Das sehr Freundliche Personal an der Rezeption, egal wer von den Hotel Team da wahr jeder wahr sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit man muss nicht Mal lange warten es wird sich sofort darum gekümmert.

Cons:

Die Mega Baustelle, der Lärm von der Baustelle, das ewige suchen mit den Auto wo man Packen kann, keine Beschreibung wie man durch die Baustelle kommt.

Schade wahr auch das dass Zimmer schäden an der Wand, kaputte türen und Fenster hat, so wie Steckdose wo die Verkleidung Fehlt und in der Dusche das ablauf Gitter nicht mehr vor Handen wahr.

Die Balkon Tür die man nicht öffnen konnte das Problem konnte zumindest gelöst werden von Personal.

Optimierungsbedarf
Cons:

Unfreundlicher Empfang, nicht mal Blickkontakt zum Gast, sondern nur Geschwätz mit der Kollegin - fehl am Platz.
Feuchte (jedoch saubere) Duschhandtücher, defekter Siphon, kein Kaffee oder Teebeutel, keine Tassen (wurde uns jedoch auf Nachfrage an der Bar ausgehändigt), nur 1 Glas und Wasserkocher.
Deutlicher Raucher-Geruch im Zimmer.
