Pros:

Près du centre ville accès presque facile via le ubahn

Cons:

Chambre minuscule manque quelque équipement les voisins et plus proche de nous on peut entendre leur bruit tout le temps si tu ne ferme pas la porte du balcon tu ne peux pas dormir

Der Aufbau ist schön gemacht und es könnte wenn man es pflegen würde auch schön sein

Cons:

Es war sehr dreckig, ich weis nicht ob überhaupt geputzt wurde. Habe selbst geputzt da ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt habe

Pros:

Location is away from metro 10 mins by walk and you can reach the city center almost in 30 mins. There are markets, cafes and shops at Laimer platz where the metro stop is.

Cons:

The room is too small for 3 people and utilities are really limited, no dishwasher, washing machine. It is not dor long stays. We have experienced neighbor noise problem couple of days.

Diese Wohnung benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Fenster, Leisten, Wand neben dem Lüfter haben noch keinen Frühjahrsputz' erlebt.

Cons:

Digital processes:
- Check-in available from 03:00 PM
- Arrived at 6 PM, received the message on the webpage of Homaris "Room not ready yet"
- Called Tel hotline, received following comment "this is a bug, we will solve this immediately"
- Arrived at the room, message on the web page of Homaris "Press this button to unlock" below room number. No statement anywhere on the fact the code used to open the front door is the same for the room door.
- An angry Tel hotline employee told me to use this code at the end.

Room:
- Heating on full open
- Door to the balcony is tilted open.
Effective combination to reduce heating costs
- Second night, tried to enter the room using the code provided, first without success. Called the Tel Hotline to hear that I needed to first pull the door, enter the code, then push it open. A very natural way to open a door. This kind of complications is not what you need at the end of a long day.

Bathroom:
- Heating switched off
- Cupboard with no internal shelves
- No glass or cup available

TV
- No user guide, TV "locked " on Apple TV home page with profile of "Pablo", no possibility to switch to normal TV channels
- Switched TV off completely. Disappointing

Bed:
- 2 mattresses of 70 cm wide forming a 140 CM "French double bed", rather firm, rather small, you end up in the middle of the two mattresses.
- Positive: power outlet on the bed head

Walls quite thin , building is loud, was waken up in the middle of every night by other "tourists"

Summary: I did not slept well.

False advertising
Pros:

Buena ubicación, limpio.

Cons:

Cuando elegí el departamento doble me guié en las fotos que mostraba esta opción, espacios amplios y una terraza con una mesa para dos personas. Cuando llegué la habitación está minúscula, la terraza un bacon solo para una macetero, si extractor de aire en la cocina y sin aire acondicionado. Fue publicidad engañosa
